They have a little pizza cook training step where my boy can view the building process. He loves thus feature of the store however the last visit there the step was occupied by someone I would assume works in the store but was off that nite and just hanging out to visit.....she had the step and was eating popcorn.....handfuls of it at a pretty impressive rate of speed.....however the random kernel skins and small pieces of popped corn that were being injected into the air and flying from her mouth as she spoke were clearly added to the dough being worked into a pizza for some unwitting customer. Yuck. Also witnessed a cleaning of the table area where the pizza up racks are erected....the cleaning rag soaked the box our pizza was in so the new pizza was made to replace the sogged one. However misread the order details and we ended up with 2 pizzas the same vs all 3 pizzas different flavors....but I was thankful for the lack of popcorn we had managed so we took our pizza and ran. I did ask a driver once why there is no specials on or ability to earn free wing orders and i was told I was talking to the wrong person...personally don't feel that is a good customer service reply. Customers are under the general impression u as an employee may have some pull or ability to share helpful customer feedback. The fact we can not earn the pizza points idea live outside of the designated delivery boundaries is a challenge but possibly karma for complaining I cannot get price break on wings (??). Love that they are willing to deliver outside of their own boundary area to us out here a whole 4 minutes from civilian life (in Reliance). I do find it strange tho that the debit card purchases offer to the person whom answers the door and gets the pizza order from delivery driver gets a full detailed receipt....that lists my invoice amount and my available balance. Not always trying to share with others my current account balance. Pasta is amazing tho you learn a rough lesson when u have the pasta at work and it needs warmed but the bowl cannot be microwaved and there are no dishes at ur place of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBar None the WORST Domino's Pizza EVER! I ordered once and absolutely nothing was correct, down to the sauce after a considerable wait time. Light sauce FYI is a quantity, not a color. I wanted a smaller portion of red sauce and got white (Alfredo? ) I got cinnamon sticks instead of breadsticks. Not sure what was so complicated. The Manager gave me a credit, which was nice, but obviously the right thing to do. I gave them another try. Took over an hour when I was told 30-40 minutes. When my pizza finally arrived, it was not in an insulated bag and the driver carried it like a suitcase. Had the pizza not been completely cold, besides being stuck to the top of the box I guess it would have been all on one side as well. Should have added a pic of the garlic twist box, when being carried like a suitcase all the oil and grease was dripping from the end facing the ground and the box was soaked. All cold all disgusting. Called the Manager and that was a waste of time, said he hoped my next experience was better. PASS on another experience with this place. I suggest a little Pizza 101 class for EVERYONE in this store, down to how to properly carry a pizza. If I could give no stars it would be well earned!! My Recommendation: Buy a frozen Pizza in town, you will know when it will be ready, it will be what you asked for and be HOT and save yourself a good chunk of change for something hot fresh and edible, instead of...

We ordered food for delivery and after 3 hours of waiting and trying to call the store for it to say "DOMINOS" wasn't excepting calls we went to the store to see what was going on and they were still barely about to put our food in to cook which still would've taken them 45 minutes to get done and cooked after almost 4 hours! When we ordered online order time said 30 mins to 45 mins not HOURS! When we showed up and asked what the hell was going on all they could say is that is was a long bad day for them. I understand things get busy and rough but where is the manager where is the support!!! Besides the guy playing with the dough counting and singing like he doesn't know what's going on. Been going thru dominos for ages and I can count on my life I will NEVER go thru them again. No communication no support and no management! Thank God for pizza hut! Such a disappointment!! You guys need to step up and not only get better employees but management or at least better business partners to run a business.
