My two gripes are that it wasn't what I expected and it wasn't worth the price. The service was good though, and I only tried this one thing.
I got a strawberry cinnamon roll that turned out to be just a bland piece of cake with strawberry syrup, in a spiral formation. Instead of glaze icing, it had cream cheese icing. It didn't feel or taste like a cinnamon roll, and didn't sit in my stomach the way a cinnamon roll would. And it was $6, which kind of shocked me--a normal price for a real cinnamon roll is 3 or 4, and this was worse. It didn't even have real strawberries in it. There's nothing about it that would make it worth that much. It's just cake with torani syrup.
It also isn't a very nice place to be. It feels like a tire shop lobby--it isn't cozy like someone else said.
Just needed to drop this here because I was led astray by some...

I received no attitude just gratefulness that I said something, they fixed the issue. The food is amazing my favorite is the pizza hands down the best. The atmosphere is amazing and friendly, I occasionally meet there for business meetings. The staff are always the sweetest. The owners. Omg I cant say enough about them. If you haven't...

The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend Nell's coffee to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or...
