Me &my best friend came in today on April15th,2021 I order a pork steak dinner &for my sides I picked potato salad,coleslaw,I also ordered a hot dog,grilled hamburger&my best friend ordered a pork steak dinner &for his sides he picked bake beans ,corn on the cob,he also ordered a hot dog,a grilled hamburger &we both said the pork steaks we had was so delicious, yummy ,so tender,&I told my best friend when i ate my pork steak &my sides I felt like I was in heaven because the pork steak was so delicious,yummy,tender,the potato salad was so creamy, delicious, yummy&I also told him the coleslaw was so creamy,delicious, yummy&the hot dogs were delicious, the grilled hamburgers were great too&my bestfriend bake beans &corn on the cob he said was so great ,delicious, yummy&the food was hot &fresh&the guest service that the lady gave us was outstanding &it was 5 star service &if I could have gave her a million stars service on google I would have cause she went way above &beyond to give is outstanding service &couldn't have ask for better service &she was so professional, hospitable, courteous, polite,respectful, didnt have a attitude, didnt have a tone,smiled ,made us feel like a regular guest ,made us feel like family&the guys that were their working were outstanding too&they smiled,they were friendly,courteous, professional, hospitable, genuinely nice,the lady also smiled,was friendly too,genuinely nice too,she was also helpful in answering questions I had about the sides &we will be back &they will always have our business in the future when we want bbq &this will be our #1bbq place when we want bbq&keep up the outstanding service you all give&keep up the outstanding food that you all serve &if you all have not tried this place yet &you all have to try it &you all wont be disappointed, you all wont regret it ,you all will leave happy &impressed...

I visited on a Saturday afternoon, on the recommendation of a friend. The place is run out a food trailer, with a canvas tent on the side, and multiple smokers and grills. It's in a good-sized parking lot of gas station with a convenience store. There is a 10-foot pink elephant concrete statue in the corner of the parking lot. Unusual, but fun. The staff were casual and friendly.

They serve ribs, rib tips, turkey legs, pulled pork, pork steak sandwiches, chili, hamburgers, dogs & brats and a variety of sides that you'd expect to find (corn on the cob, coleslaw, beans, potato salad, beans and more). I had a slab of pork ribs with spicy BBQ sauce served on the side, a side of coleslaw, and a beer purchased from the convenience store. The food was served quickly and came out on a cardboard tray. The ribs were smoky, tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned...fantastic. They did not need the BBQ sauce, which was tasty in it's own right (sweet BBQ sauce was also available). These were among the best ribs I've ever had...I'm going back soon.

The only "down" part of the experience was that there is nowhere to sit and no tables. Be prepared to eat on your tailgate, in your car, or somewhere else entirely. Not a big deal.. Overall, this was a great experience. I will definitely return and know this place will be one of my regular...

I went there to get pork steaks and ribs, they told me it would be 20 minutes before they were ready. They said that rib tips were available so I changed my order and got the rib tips, a hamburger and 2 bratwurst. After I paid they said that they didn't have any after all, would be 15 mins. After waiting I got back in line, stood in the 90+ heat while, even though they saw me there. Waited my turn, get to the window they have someone else's rib tips ready but, oh no, not mine, could I step aside so they could wait on others. My 25 minute wait turned into almost 40.
