Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rockaway Township

This was a surprisingly excellent DnD experience! 🍩 I was actually thrilled at how clean it was. ✨ And while this was not a full size Dunkin' donuts it has everything you could want, including seating and bathrooms. This location was very well organized, clean, well stocked & the attendants were courteous and positive. Our order was accurate and the brown sugar cream cold brew was delicious!! wake up wraps were fresh. Overall an amazing experience especially considering that it was a gas station stop! ⛽

The lady who was working on July 4th morning around 11am was absolutely terrible. When she was taking my order I simply asked her to change something for me and she rolled her eyes. After placing my order she is walking around slamming things. My mom asks my to place another order for my grandfather and when I tried she told the guy who was also working that day to not take my order because I already placed an order and that there was a line. I ordered a small iced Matcha latte with no ice. I was given a cup that wasn’t even filled up a quarter way, and when I asked why the cup wasn’t filled more I was told “everything is pre-measured, that’s what you ordered.” The drink cost nearly $5 and I got maybe three sips worth of drink in the cup. The staff were very unhelpful in trying to find a solution and they kept saying that since everything is pre-measured, they couldn’t help me. They were rude and short, and I won’t be going...
