I have to share a recent experience. On Friday 6/7/2019 between 7:30 PM and 9 PM I was at Players playing Keno with my son. I played a 5 number ticket for 20 games which was $20. My son played a ticket for 5 games for $5. After my son’s ticket didn’t hit anything, my son played another ticket for 10 games for $10. I submitted the ticket for him with a $10 bill. Once all the games were over, he had $6 coming back to him. We handed the ticket to a female bartender. She came back and said give her $4. I figured it was because she needed ones in the lottery drawer and was going to give us a $10 bill. She did not come back. I called her over and she said we didn’t pay for the ticket. I didn’t know that was even an option. I am 100% certain I paid as I don’t carry cash often and when I do I am OCD about what I have. I walked into Players with a 20, 10, and 5 dollar bills and all were gone. I always pay up front and when I do I put money on top of ticket so the person taking it sees it. I told her she made a mistake and the bartender said no way and that I never paid for my son’s ticket. At that point I paid my food bill and left vowing to never go back. Check the cameras Players!!! Neighborhood bar! Great stop to grab something eat and a couple of drinks! We went for micro wrestling, and the place was packed! The servers in the bartenders were on top of their game that night, they were just wonderful! Whoever does the staffing did a great job making sure they were plenty of bartenders and servers on duty! Food is good, typical bar food typical. I got the buffalo quesadilla and it was far from skimpy. They stuffed it with plenty of chicken, onions and peppers! The bar pizza is delicious! They also have a couple of pool tables, a dart room and an event room for special event sand during the nice weather they have outdoor patio where you can bring your furry friend! This place is packed all the time! Fabulous place to watch any sports events big screens are located throughout the entire place! Keep in mind they are closed Monday and Tuesday’s! Great family place during the day, but at night all the young ones come out in droves! Overall, great service( staff is friendly and outgoing) food is good( well seasoned and well presented) plenty of booths and tables. Keep in mind during any special events, Make sure you get there early or you’re parking in...

I'm sorry my Google and Yelp follower....I saw and looked at many of your emails and I'm sorry to say this bar does not care about your well being.....there all about over serving and over pricing, so not only did I pay 3 different prices for the same drink there's only 1 bar tender who listened and made it Proper, her name is Nicole. On top of that my food was under cooked, I've been a cooked 15+ years never have I ordered medium and got bloody rare food.....and the biggest suprize I was already cut off by another bar but was able to walk in to this bar @ 9 and not be carded at the door, bartender that looked at my Id spent to long looking at the Id instead of me and it would have been clear I was already over served......sadly to say I'm very disappointed at the new owner excpecially since the owner knows who I am..........I told my mother who also had worked with Jackie and I in the past hopefully I will have a better experience next time and hopefully I can give a better review and better tips..... Very disappointed at the new owners...... try n your staff customer saftey os the number 1 priority if it's not yours then who's responsible for cutting people off...
