Enjoying the simple pleasures...Tired of the same old grind, (no pun intended) I was on a search for a "good" cup of coffee. Rather than going to the grocery store to buy my coffee grounds, I decided to go out of my way to a little home roasting coffee shop called Rockport Coffee. When I entered the tiny store I was engulfed with the smell of roasted beans. You know, that "welcoming scent" first thing in the morning to greet your busy day. I scanned the cute antique displays of the many different types. I asked the clerk for some suggestions and her response was amazing. "Squeeze each bag and take a deep whiff and which ever flavor speaks to you!" I chose the Rockport Coffee, Creme Brulee. She complimented me on my choice, ground the beans for me and off I went. If you are ever in Rockport,Tx you need to get your coffee here. I got the americano and the wife got the caramel coffee. Their kolaches are AA+++!! Jalapeño,sausage and cheese is so good!! My wife and daughter got the blueberry and cream cheese and they loved it! Also their cinnamon rolls are huge!! It comes in a 9in pan and they are soft and tasty! We got one for the whole family. We visit Rockport often and we will definitely be getting our coffee and baked goods here.

This place not only had amazing coffee and pastries, not only do they have BBQ right inside, but they also have some of the best hospitality we have ever seen. The staff remembered everything and made sure we got everything we paid for! The girls were so friendly, tried the bbq and the guy let me try the sausage before I bought it and I BOUGHT IT.
