Cali Style Burger — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

I got a grilled chicken salad from this place the other day as i always do. This time the chicken was not cooked all the way an it gave me food poisoning. I called to let them know the Manager Hung Up on me an so I called back hoping it was a mistake nope the person that answered the phone said they think they know everything a she apologize. I wasn’t calling to get anything just to make them aware of the issue. This was the First time I experienced it. I get salads all the time from there but not anymore. The person said yeah he ment to hang up because he is rude. An apologize for my experience. I wasn’t gonna do this but because he was rude I’m leaving this review...

First and last time.. Went there ordered a burger meal, pastrami fries and a cheese burger waited about 18 mins for my food. Got home and there was no cheese burger. Went back and ordered a single cheese burger waited another 18 mins while my first order was home getting cold. Got home again opened the new burger it was a plain dry burger. I didn't check the order bc I just knew there was no way the order could get messed up again with one single item! I will not be visiting again and the food...

Food is delicious the atmosphere is great the staff is friendly and professional. Lani exceeds customer service level with her beautiful personality. She recommends me to try the new ice cream with Ferrero Roche with nutella that she had created for cali burger which is in the menu!!! It’s delicious!!! I recommend you all to try cali burger and don’t forget to try Lani Ferrero Roche ice cream twist!!!
