Hardee’s — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

Went through the drive thru. Ordered and paid no problem. I'm sitting at the window for quite some time before the lady asks me to pull forward. Okay, no problem. Watched as the 3 people behind me pay and get their food then leave. A lady comes from the motel, walks behind my car and goes inside. I'm STILL waiting. Didn't even get drinks at this point. Finally I see the lady come out, but she's only got the drinks. She apologizes and said that she forgot to give them to me. I said I hadn't even gotten my food yet. She said "its still cooking, we have a lot of customers on the inside." I immediately look thru the window. There was NO ONE. I saw no one standing, no one sitting down at the booths nor table. NO ONE. I knew there had to be at least one person there cause I saw her go in. I got tired of waiting after 20 minutes, so I pull around the building, park and go inside. Guess how many customers were inside? TWO. That's it. Two people. That was her definition of "a lot of customers." I'm only getting more irritated. No sooner had I walked in, she's going to the door by drive thru. She gives me the bag, and I walk out. I CAN NOT and WILL NOT support a business whose employees lie so freely. That was purely insane to wait 20+ minutes when there were at least 4 other cars in the drive thru who ordered after me, yet received it before me. I wouldn't even have been that upset had the food I was waiting on (allegedly being cooked) was actually hot. Ya know, cause it would have been so fresh cause they just made it, right? Nope. Fries were luke warm at best.

So in conclusion, Hardees on 301 across from Enterprise in Rocky Mount will not be getting my business...

This was an early morning run to quiet the growls of an empty stomach. I got up, quietly left the Hotel room in such of a close spot to find a meal to fill an empty hole. Lo and behold, it was Hardee's two blocks away. The service was good and the food. I got the Breakfast Platter. When I inquired what was on it, I was told by the Manager, - "What's on the picture!" So when I got up to the window, I killed her with kindness but first I said, "I didn't mean to make you made!" Her reply was, "I'm not mad." You know! I look at life as a gift from God and the better we are at showing how thankful and appreciative we are, the better our lives will be! So, Turtles, to the Manager and the staff and what I look at was I got what I wanted without incident and that was, "Good Food," and that's all that mattered. Waited for my food for 30 mins. Drive thru was backed up. I ordered inside. I was the 2nd person in and 5 ppl came in after me all but one was served before me. Tried to stay positive. The girl in the back looked like she was in day one of her 1st job ever. Lol From behind the line asked a lady who asked for a refund if she was gonna wait for it or get the refund because she wasnt gonna make it if so. Like if youd already made it we wouldnt all be waiting. Manager moved said girl to front end behind the line and now every one inside is now waiting on said girl.
