Luxury Nightz Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Romulus

I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled to warn others. I had high hopes for this place as it is called luxury nights. Unfortunate it was far from luxurious. First of all I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes when I ordered. I showed up 20 mins later to find an empty building with only employees there and told my food would be right up I think we waited 15 more minutes which would have been reasonable if I wasn’t the only one who had ordered but ok, then I was told on the phone my total would be $64 when I paid there the total was $70 to which I saw an $11 gratuity charge was added which I’ve never seen with takeout. I would have tipped myself but I felt that was insulting but ok maybe the food was amazing or something idk.. NO my steak bites the flavor was ok but I asked for medium and they were well done and chewy. The mashed potatoes were sour idk how they managed that.. the broccoli tasted of chemicals and all the food in general tasted like the building smelled which is strange and off putting. Mac and cheese was DECENT at best. The hibachi trio was spicy with no warning and the meat was all over cooked and chewy and the flavor again tasted of the smell of restaurant 🤮 for $70 I was expecting a wonderful dinner and I don’t think it was worth more than $30 tops and even if it was I still would NEVER eat there again. Hopefully the food was an afterthought and the nightlife scene is supposed to be the main focus because it was the farthest thing from luxury I’ve ever ate or experienced. Save your money and...

I ordered for for delivery as the website said it was open as well as Google this past Sunday 12/17/23. The place was closed?!! The business took my money and never refunded it knowing the business is closed?!! What makes things worse is the number the have on the site is a totally different number, and I could not get in contact with anyone via either number in concerns for my food, delivery, or my refund!!! The food lines mailbox was full. I had to go there just to find out what was going on. This is a horrible place of business and I will not let anyone steal from me or my family.
