New Milford Cafe — Restaurant in Rootstown Township

Been here twice. first time was nice but bartender with glasses was rude for no reason and I even left like a 25% tip figured it was just a bad day for her. went back the following week cause I was in the area about 730 and she was so rude and never served me a drink. I had to go get my own drink and menu it was enough I didn't wanna come back but on top of that I sat there for almost a hour and a half with 3 other friends and they brang out the first meal that my friend (that's a girl) ate by the time they brang out the second one it took so long. Then waited almost 20 more minutes before just getting up and leaving because it was almost 930 by this time and I need to get home for work. while cashing out I had a 3 dollar bill and tipped 2 and was told not to come back so will most definitely will not be going back and will tell my friends that go there regularly not to either. All I can say is Timmy your staff needs work cause they are ruining...

Hadn't been into the New Milford Cafe in probably 15 years. Since I was working nearby, 3 of us went for a late lunch. Place is nice enough inside and it was not crowded at all. Barmaid was prompt on taking drink (pops) and food order. And then when our food came, that's about the last we saw of her. Too busy talking with and taking care of regulars. I had to take our drink cups to the bar for refills. Not even as much of a sorry or "I was headed to check on you". Then had to ask for check. And the food.... The Betty burger is great, but the cook needs to cut on down on the seasoning...a couple of bites tasted like pure salt. Same with the bacon cheeseburger. Pizza was average and so was side salad. Didn't try the wings, hopefully they are as good as as everyone claims. I Probably won't be back, but everyday going home on the interstate, I see their parking lot is packed, must be a good place for a shot and a beer if...

If you just want a good ole boy neighborhood drinking place here you go. If you want to eat go elsewhere. Have to wait over 2 1/2 hours for food. 2 weeks ago went with a small group 6 people and fish was overcooked and very dry. Had a hard time cutting into pieces. Went back yesterday with a group of about 10 people. Took over 2 3/4 hours to get food. I and my wife walked out after 2 1/2 hrs. Went home to eat. The rest of the group stayed and sent me a pic of my pizza when it finally came. As you can see in pic it was badly...
