Went for bingo one fine evening and had a blast the food is excellent and I gained 10 pounds before we left. The owner of this establishment really has the ability to get some problems solved there was an issue with the card readers and internet but he wasted no time getting on the phone and straightening it all out so people could pay their tabs when they were finished. and we all have been on the phone with customer service in our lives about stuff that’s going on and generally, they don’t know their head from their behind. But he wasn’t having it he wouldn’t take no for an answer. He wouldn’t give up or let them hang up until it was working. From the other side of the bar, it was quite humorous. I got a kick out of it, listening to the conversation and I could tell that the person on the other end didn’t know Jack about what he was asking. He made sure that this company knew how he really felt about their service and their equipment that he has in his bar so I tell you what if you need to get something done and you are just dreading to make that phone call or anxiety gets the best of you all have to do is go talk to the owner of this bar. He’ll make that phone call that you were just terrified to make and He’ll take care of it for you. He gets it done. The results he accomplished are unreal. This guy is a proven negotiator. I am pretty sure the customer service representatives on the other end of the phone got educated about what customer service really means and how the level of service that they were offering didn’t cut it real well We had a great night there along with the extra entertainment until the readers were fixed, we didn’t have to wait too long. My husband and I had never been here before. We were on our way home an decided to stop for a bite to eat. They were having a meat raffle and bingo. We ended up staying for both.
