Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Rose Bud

I hate leaving a bad review, but this is just crazy. I really wish I would’ve taken a picture of the burrito I received, because this was the third and final time I’ll waste my money at this Sonic.

The first time, my breakfast burrito was drenched in sauce, so the second time I asked for light sauce. Instead, it was still mostly sauce with hardly anything else in it. I gave them one last chance, and it was even worse.

We ordered again a week later, and somehow we were given a burger that belonged to the customer next to us. I actually watched him handle it before it was bagged, and instead of discarding it, they put it in our bag. When I pointed it out, they simply asked if we wanted to keep it. Absolutely not.

This is the 4th time we have been there since they opened. We have yet to get our order correctly. I’m about to just drive back to Quitman for Sonic if that’s what we’re eating. It is beyond ridiculous that they can’t follow the order that has been placed and get it to you correctly.

Update: they have improved. I don’t remember the last time my order was like the review above. No, I did not escalate and try to get free stuff. I never called the number in the response.

I was looking forward to this new Sonic for awhile now but after my 2nd time going I'm done. Where to start, I ordered a double cheeseburger, mustard lettuce, and a large fries. The fries I got weren't even half full, they weren't Sonic fries either. They were some sort of crinkle fry, There were some ends and pieces from the bottom of the bag. Very cold and very soggy.
