The Mid Town Grill — Restaurant in Roseburg

I've been to this place many times and have always had a great experience until today. Ordered my food over the phone guy told me what time to show up so I did. Paid for my food and he asked me what car I was in so I told him. Proceeded to wait over 20 minutes and watched multiple cars pull up and leave. I understand being backed up or having a busy night. Nobody was waiting besides my family in the red durango the big guy at the window has no customer service at all. As I approached the window he asked me what I wanted and I said nothing I want my food that I've been waiting over an hr for and you guys told me to be here 20 minutes ago and I've been waiting in the parking lot ever since. I was shorted half my food and was charged full price never recieced my drinks. Now he called my wife and 86th me from the property. So take my money not give me my food and kick me out. Today, my boyfriend and I ate at this lovely restaurant! The outdoor seating was really comfortable and in a shady area! The staff was so friendly and kept coming out to check on us after we had ordered our food to see if we needed anything or if the meal was OK. The food was excellent! My boyfriend had the codfish sandwich, and he said that it was the best fish sandwich he has ever had! I had the calamari, shrimp and cod combo with their mac & cheese instead of the clam chowder, because I was feeling like mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was to die for! Very cheesy, flavorful, and delicious. The calamari was the best calamari I’ve ever had! The shrimp was excellent and the cod was amazing too! My dad and I went to midtown grill on Monday, june 3, 2024. I can't express the dissatisfied of the food. I had a fried chicken sandwich and onions rings. My dad had a hamburger and fries. We have not been yhere for at least 6 months because we both always get a terrible stomach ache right after, like 30 minutes after eating. This has been a constant issue every since we've been eating there. But in order to try to give our money to the community, we tried it again. As of today, we 4-5-24, we are still feeling the effects. We both only had midtown grill all day. I dont know if the grease is bad, but we will not be back nor would I ever recommend it.
