Bear’s Coffee and Roasting Co. - Rosedale — Restaurant in Rosedale

This place is a joke. Some of the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. Sat outside in the drive thru for 10 minutes while I watched the workers play on their phones. When I called and asked when they opened they said they were already open. they were too busy on their phones to even notice a car was in the drive thru for 10 whole mins. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. They routinely open late. As someone who works in the food industry it’s sad but I hope in writing this it will make enough people aware that the issues get fixed, however, I won’t be back for any reason and I wouldn’t recommend anyone give them their money until actual care is put in to this business by the people who run it.

(Edit) in response to the owners comments I showed up at 7:05 and called them from the drive thru at 7:15 am. The phones the children they have working for them were on, were their personal phones as they picked up the work phone that was in the counter when I called. It is not dark at 7:15 am and won’t be for another several several weeks. Do better or this building will be empty again like it...

My daughter and I stop at this shop pretty much everyday during the school week.; since we live right down the road. She loves all the girls who work there. But Anna always goes above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. My daughter loves getting surprise drinks. My daughter will tell her weather she wants a cub bomb or a steamer. And Anna works her magic. When my daughter recently had a minor surgery Anna made it a point to ask me how she was doing and the next time she saw my daughter made her feel super special by asking how she was feeling and that she missed her.. If I could give this place more stars, I would! I met a friend at the Historic Stark Saloon down the road. It was hot outside and we needed a pick me up drink. The management of the Historic Stark Saloon is such a sweetheart and recommended this place! I have dietary restrictions due to food intolerances, and they had options! As a customer, this made me feel included and thankful. The staff was very friendly, and the place is so cute inside! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
