Doc Hollidays Saloon & Eatery — Restaurant in Rosewood Heights

Went monday, Dec 9th for wings. Service and food was excellent! Went last night, Dec 16th and it was completely different. The waitress took forever to get our waters and pop (all not what we asked for), then took our order 3 times instead of grabbing a notepad and STILL got it all wrong. To top it off, we waited 2 hours to get half our order while the other half was left at the bar or forgotten about in her dilemma of 10 customers. She asked for comment on the service then used profanity and anger when I said it was a totally different experience from a week before with a different server. Unless you're a Jeepbro, and buy Suzy some drinks, you'll get terrible service...

08/05/2021 - This was the WORSE meal my family have had from a restaurant. We use to order from here a lot about 2 years ago. A lot has changed with their quality of food & service. We ordered 3 different dinners and they were TERRIBLE!!! The chicken fettuccine was disgusting. The chicken was burned & dried out, the noodles were so dry and stiff and barely any sauce. It was supposed to come with a salad & garlic bread neither of those were with the meal. The loaded tater tots were supposed to come with sour cream again that was missing.

Stopped in for a quick beer and pizza but was there an hour and a half and had burt pizza and bad service. Had to go to the bar and ask for another drink. I had to ask for a to-go-box and had to ask for our check. Was told to check out at the bar, and while we waited for everyone else to be served, we had to ask to be checked out yet again.
