Me and my family decided to come here for dinner on a Saturday evening at 5:30p. It was a seat yourself establishment. The place was crowded and with 2-3 parties going on. We found it odd to be seat yourself with that amount of people and parties going on. We tried to sit outside but every table was reserved for parties. After Troy of back inside, we found a small table in the back by the restrooms and door to the patio seating. After sitting down, a waitress came took our drink and appetizer order. We waited 20 min for the drinks which were just water. Another 20 min we finally got our chips and queso appetizer. We then waited another hour for our food, which was cold and refills. And other tables around us too had the same issue. Our 5 year old son ordered mini corn dogs and applesauce but was given mac and cheese bites. We let the waitress know the order was incorrect and asked what we wanted to do about it. I asked for the correct order and my BF was missing half of his order. She said it will be a while but she would get it when she can. After another hour no food had arrived. We then asked for the bill to be corrected and to forget the correction. This was the worst experience. I would not recommend coming here less you have hours of time on your hands. Other family’s and couples that sat around us had the same problem. We had another wait staff tell us “this is just how we do it”. Even with the corrections to the...

We’ve been to this place a few times, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. It ruined our friend’s birthday, and the management was completely useless.

We arrived at 7:30 PM and were seated with a group of 25 for a birthday party. We had reserved seats for a large group, but the staff only set a table of eight. We waited 25 minutes for a waitress after asking three different servers.

At 8:15 PM, we placed our food orders, and at 8:50 PM, we were informed that everyone in our group needed to pay an additional $5 for the band. However, there were no signs for a cover charge at the entrance or anywhere else. There was also no table at the door.

To make matters worse, a rude man at the patio entrance hung a sharpie-drawn $5 cover charge sign at 9 PM after we had already been seated in the patio area. We weren’t there for a band, so this was completely unnecessary.

If you’re planning to go when a band is playing, I recommend using the back door by the bathroom, the backside driveway, or parking up top and walking down. There’s no charge there! They don’t check for wristbands, and maybe 10% of people had them.

Asking large groups or anyone for extra cash after they’ve already been seated is completely wrong and immoral. The double burger we ordered was also...

Poor customer service. I ordered a full slab of ribs from the menu, where they advertised they sold fall of the bone ribs. I am going to go ahead and say this was BY far the worst slab of ribs that I have ever had. They were dry, chewy, had to cut them apart and hardly any meat on the bones, almost as if they were sitting in an oven all day. The server Carley was excellent although she was very busy and by the time I had a chance to request a manager I had already eaten some of the ribs. The manager Rhonda eventually came over and asked what the issue was. I explained the issue with the ribs, that they advertise "fall off the bone ribs" but sell the exact opposite. Since I had eaten almost half I asked if they could ppssiblu just charge me for the half rack instead. The manager was kind of rude and told us no because we didn't ask the server right away. Not only do we not have the extra time for them to make us a fresh slab of ribs or even new food, it was hard to get ahold of the server to let her know because she was so busy. She could have at least gave use a couple dollars off the bill be she explained to us they don't "do that" at this restaurant. I'm not the kind of person who usually complains about stuff like this, but the ribs and the manager were terrible not to...

We came in a little after Noon The place was packed. Our drinks came quickly and we placed the food order. It took a little time to get the food because of the crowd. One of out party had a salad another, the loaded nachos, the liver and onions was another order along with two fat Philly cheese steaks Everything was great. Except the waffle fries they were over cooked and hard as brick bats. That was the only fault you could find with the food. The service was great. Our waitress Mandy was great. She was bar tending and in charge of the entire dining room and the patio. Haven’t seen anyone move that fast and keep 7 or 8 tables and the bar satisfied.

Big Buls will be open Sundays until March 15, 2020. We stopped in for the breakfast buffet. Buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash brown casserole, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage links and patties, goetta and french toast. The piece de resistance is asking Caleb to make a fresh omelet with all your needs. Thanks, Caleb. Don't forget your bloody Mary. Thank you ,Destiny, for your awesome service.

There's not a lot of room for dining in very close quarters but staff is really nice The food was okay I may try something else the next time I'm there The drinks are great but the bartenders do have a heavy hand so be careful about what you order but overall it was a great experience they did have a life band that evening it's worth the drive and to check it out.
