Amerasia — Restaurant in Rossford

Was a bit put off arriving an hour before closing on a Sunday as there were no customers inside. This place does mostly lunch and takeout. Was pleasantly surprised. Been eating chinese food forever and this is above average. Food was great and VERY reasonable. $5.99 lunch and $6.99 dinner combos. Lots of other entres at only $8.99 and good soups and eggrolls. Best kept secret in the Perrysburg Rossford area. We had the orange chicken, schezuan chicken and cashew chicken with fried and white rice. Had the combos with soup and egg rolls. We also had steamed dumplings. Everything was fresh and tastey with generous enough portions to take some home. The soup was better than average and flavorful and the rolls better and crispier than most buffets. The chicken was nicely tenderized and the sauces smelled and tasted delicious. The pork stuffing for the dumplings was seaoned just right and the dough was thin and delicate. Will definately return....

Improved quality since the current owners purchased this Rossford favorite. For example, the General Tso chicken is lightly breaded and the breading - while deep fried - is soft and blends nicely with the chicken. Previously, this was not so. Also, the egg drop soup soup with scallions is not salty, resulting in a flavourful selection. Finally, the egg rolls are also much improved; they are heated up just right and the taste is as good as any egg roll anywhere.

If you haven't been there in a while, give them a try. It's run by a family that really cares about providing excellent tastes at a surprisingly affordable cost. Five stars for serving the...

We have been ordering for a couple of years. Last night we ordered as usual. Not sure who the cook was, but best ever! The food has always been good. But last night your chef hit it out of the ballpark! Excellent! Actually beyond excellent! Thank you Amerasia! We love your service and food!
