This may possibly be the worst fast food location in existence. I am not a huge fan of giving restaurants 1 star reviews, especially because they are often overworked and understaffed. However, this location deserves 1 star after 4 years of chances. When they manage to provide you with the correct order it is often luke warm or the product is old. However, 9/10 your order will be wrong. But do not worry when it is entirely wrong, it will be at its freshest. Sometimes you will receive a receipt, and other times you will not. It doss not matter whether you have a receipt because management will decline a refund. So yes, if you order chicken and they provide you witha hamburger. It'd be your fault. The likelihood of getting a refund or an exchange is relatively low. Outside of the horrible management and food, the safety of the establishment is in question. In the past my car was hit and ran. Somehow the employee who saw it happen not only was clueless, but recalled the wrong car. Conveniently their cameras did not see the area. In addition, a friend of mine had his windshield broken in their lot. Oddly, enough a series of employees saw it happen,but yet no one could recall the perpetrator. Even more strange all cameras did not work that day. Just a weird situation all around. Just when I thought this location could not get worse, they introduced a new product: the moldy bun.

Read moreMy husband and I stopped today to get a quick bite to eat. When we entered the dining room was empty but clearly the drive thru and online orders were keeping the two workers very busy. After about 10-15 minutes we were greeted by Tammy at the counter. She apologized for the wait but clearly was trying to keep up with incoming customers, drive thru customers, on-line orders while filling French fries, bagging orders, running a fish sandwich to a gentleman in the drive thru. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that you clearly need additional help out front from 11 to 2. Hats off to Tammy, she was working her tail off and still remained courteous. If you would give her an additional person during the busiest hours of the day your business would not get such bad reviews for extremely long wait times. A gentlemen in the drive thru drove away because he was waiting too long in line. It also was so cold in your dining area my husband asked if the temperature cold be turned up and Tammy said I'm sorry we are not allowed to touch the thermostat. Read moreMy Family of 4 went to Burger King on 51 for dinner tonight 10/15/25. Most of our order was wrong Andy sons Burger was so burt. My husband and I managed to deal with our Burgers being made wrong but my son couldn't even eat his burger so we did take it back to get a new one made. The new one came and it wasade wrong again but it wasnt hurt so he was hungry enough to deal with it. After we ate the kids played for 15 minutes or so and the kids asked for ice cream. So we went upto the counter and stood there for a good 15 minutes and gor ignored until I finally said to the girl with black with some hightlights curly hair. Excuse me can I place place a order and she looked at me while she was taking the drive thru orders in a minute very rude. We stood there for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, our kids are going crazy. Trying to remain calm waiting for their ice cream. Finally got another worker to come from the back to take or ice cream order.
