Rookies Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Round Lake Beach

Was at the bar for a family friends birthday party. Was sitting at the bar with all of my friends and felt very uncomfortable with a person sitting behind me, staring at all of us the entire night. When asked to stop staring, he still continued to look down upon us. Checking out every area of us. When informing the bartenders after mentioning it to him, the bartenders approached him in laughing manner. Still felt unseen and unheard. After confronting the gentleman again, we were asked to leave after that said regular screamed at us in front of the whole entire bar. When it brought attention to the owner, she told us to leave and never come back if we were ever to start a problem with a regular. I am a bartender myself, and no matter who is making who uncomfortable, I always confront and resolve the situation. Management did a horrible job, and made several people uncomfortable. We had a party and used the back room. Everyone that worked there was very accommodating. Everyone at the party loved the wings, onion rings, meatballs and Italian beef. I was happy we could order salad so that they're was something fresh. The owner was nice and the waitresses kept up with all the drink orders in a timely fashion. We open bar and kept them hopping bringing order after order of drinks. We had approx 40 people at our party. All the party goers talked about the good food and serving staff. The worst customer service. We picked up a pizza missing half the ingredients and by the time we got home we just noticed. I called to let them know and they said we would have to drive the pizza back OR send the a pic via text messaging. I called again to speak to a manager and there wasn't one on duty so I asked again is there anything you can do for me at all for the next time? ONE free ingredient topping or maybe even a $2.00 delivery charge waved and they declined both. Too damn cheap to keep even one customer happy. What kind of business is this? A terrible one.
