I usually wouldn't bother to write a review about a sandwich I was the dissatisfied with but this was exceptionally bad.. I ordered a chicken cutlet on a hard roll with lettuce tomato and mayo with American cheese. I won't go into any other detail but to say the chicken cutlet had nothing to be desired.. the texture was like shoe leather, which is nearly impossible to achieve when cooking a chicken cutlet. It was exceptionally oily with little flavor as well. I really felt like I was served a chicken cutlet that had been sitting around for a while and there was an attempt to reconstitute it by dipping it into hot oil again.
