If I could give zero stars, I would I placed my order online thinking I’d have a quick, cheap dinner. The app immediately told me it would be a 40–50 minute wait — which was odd for a chain that literally built its reputation on “Hot-N-Ready.” When I got there, I instantly knew I’d made a mistake. The lobby was packed with people wearing the same expression — frustration mixed with regret. I even joked, “By the looks on your faces, this is going to be an experience.” Spoiler alert: it was… and not in a good way. Customers were standing around just trying to get the staff’s attention, but the employees acted like we were invisible. People walked in, took one look around, and turned right back out. I wish I’d done the same. The store itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since before COVID. The front windows were covered in grime, fingerprints, and even faceprints. The register area had greasy, dirt-streaked signs, crumbs, and random schmootz everywhere. The ceiling tiles were filthy, and the walls had buildup that might’ve been dust… or mold (hard to tell, and honestly, I didn’t want to know). When I finally got my food — over an hour later — my pizza was cold, the breadsticks were hard as bricks, and the pretzel crust was dried out and lifeless. The crust had that signature Little Caesars “cardboard” texture… except this time it actually tasted like cardboard. It’s almost impressive how bad it was. The final touch? The one employee I did talk to looked like he couldn’t care less — possibly because he was too busy spacing out. The whole experience screamed, “We gave up a long time ago.” I’ll definitely post the photos I took so you can see what “Hot-N-Ready” really means at this location: cold pizza, long waits, and a dining area straight out of a horror movie. Save yourself the disappointment (and maybe a stomachache) — go literally anywhere else

I typically go to the locations north of M-69 and theyre normally really good so today I decied to stop on my lunch break and get an order of breadsticks I normally ask for extra butter and parm because typically there isnt much cheese or butter on the bread after its been sitting in the holding oven, and well today took the cake in terms of how bad it was. The casher was rather annoyed with me when I placed my order, but I didnt pay it much attention after she came back with my bread I left and went to the car and opened them up and I can even begin explain my frustration. They literally took the bottle of garlic butter and squired it just into the center of the crazy bread bag. How do I know well it's the only explain for there being only a ton of garlic butter in that spot and no cheese anywhere on the bread. I PAID EXTRA for what no parm and a ton of barley flavored garlic butter. By far the worst and I mean the WORST bread I've ever had the displeasure of spending my money on. I do not recommend this location and will not be coming back.

Last time I come here lmao. Had to throw some of it away because apparently you gonna get the puff bites done 30 minutes before your pizza. Watched it sit in their hot holder the entire 30 minutes and handed it with the pizza. They were almost gray lol. Maybe hire people who wanna work there and pay them for it cus the cycling of crap has finally put me off forever from this location. The pizza came out good but half cooked Pls get your pizza oven fixed and stop taking people's money 😭 If you're reading this DO NOT EAT HERE it's sososo gross and nobody cares so I'm sure it's nastier than the food looks. Crazy little Caesars has the money to back sports teams but can't pay their employees to do a good job nor take care of their locations. I'm not even mad at the employees. It sucked but I doubt they put money into training or running a business. Lmk when they stop sucking so much it used to be a childhood staple.

7/29/2024: Pizza on time and in the Portal. How long can this last? The magic Eightball says "Very doughfull."

7/11/2024: Why can't you put my pizza in the Pizza Portal? You had time and it's working. And what's going on now with my slices and sticks? It looks and tastes like a cheese pizza that someone made and cut blindfolded with their feet.

4/8/2024: Dealing with this location has been better lately. Except for forgetting my crazy sauce, my order was correct, on time and in the portal. How long will this last? Odds are, not long.

1/28/2024: This location just plain sucks. I ordered 2 hours in advance and still stood in line and waited 30 minutes for my order. Cheap pizza is not worth the aggravation here.

12/24/2023: Mobile app still not working. Not me - fix your app.

12/13/2023: Still can't order. Oh well. Fix your app.

12/10/2023: Moble app not working AGAIN. I'll go with Domino's this time. Fix your app.

11/3/2023: No working app today = no pizza order today. Benitos was delicious. Fix your app.

10/26/2023: Mobile ordering and the Pizza Portal are both back up and running so life is good.

10/23/2023: Mobile ordering at this location not working again so no order. And no, I don't want to call, I want to use the Pizza Portal.

8/10/2023: Mobile app was fast and easy then hot, ready pizza in the Pizza Portal. They're on a roll.

7/13/2023: New manager or owners? Tasty and ready on time in the Pizza Portal again. WOW!

6/20/2023: Perfect 3 times in a row... wow!

6/8/2023: They're open and my pizza's ready and in the portal. That's twice now. Good job.

5/30/2023: Mobile ordering app worked and they were open. My pizza was hot, ready, correct and in the pizza portal just like it should be. Maybe I just got lucky.

5/3/2023: Online ordering unavailable = no order.

9/29/2022: What's going on at this Little Caesars? My order was hot, ready and in the Pizza Portal again. 2 times in a row! New management or owners?

9/12/2022 update: My app order was on time and in the Pizza Portal. Did I just get lucky?

8/7/2022 update: I’m trying to figure out why anyone would order online using the app? First you need to add 30 minutes to the estimated wait time, then stand in line with everyone else because they’re too busy to put it in the Pizza Portal.

2019: Sunday at noon and no hot and ready pizzas AGAIN. Not surprised. Only one other person waiting so it's not like...

This might just be the worst little ceasers in existence. I drive by it every day I stopped by four days in a row to get four of the little pepperoni puffs that they’re supposed to keep hot and ready. Not once did they have them. So this time I decided to order them through the app as I was driving here. 30 minutes I am still waiting for my freaking puff. When you try and talk to anybody here they acknowledge that you ask the question but they don’t answer. I think it’s time for yet another new manager here because the employees behind the counter do not give a shit about the customers on the other side. So, update. Tried to give them another chance. got the text saying my order is ready, I driveup there about 10 minutes to get there order is not ready. another 15 minutes they give me food and try and send me out the door and it wasn’t my food, luckily I looked. This place is complete trash. And the employees are in the back talking about how the customers are very impatient today well when I’m standing there for 20 minutes after you texted me that my order is ready, yeah we’re gonna be getting a little impatient. Again the store is trash this is the third time I’ve waited more than 20 minutes for my food after it was supposed to be ready I got a refund and will never go back to this location again. Piss poor management with absolute trash...
