Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Royalton

I ordered a chili cheese dog that said 249 on the menu. When I got up to the window it was 342. When I questioned how could there be almost a dollars worth of tax on a two and a half dollar item, I was met with attitude. She re rang the order and came up with the same dollar amount and then made the excuse that maybe the board had not been updated. You need to get your pricing correct and teach your staff proper etiquette. I left without purchasing the item. More so because after receiving attitude I was unsure if my food would have been tampered with. I will not be stopping there ever again.

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and been charged for a glass for water? First time for me today. Came today with my large family for dinner so we racked up quite a bill but every little thing they nickled and dimed me on. While rest of us had meals, my wife just wanted water with her burger but nope, a glass cost extra. Sauces too they charged for and were quite expensive. Shocked they weren't charging for the ketchup packets. To make matters worse, they screwed up two of the sandwiches. I visited the Royalton Dairy Queen location with my family on March 2nd. We were pleasantly greeted with a smile from a girl named Liz at the front counter We ordered burger meals. The food was hot and delicious! Since it was a colder day outside we did not think we wanted ice cream but then changed our minds as we were going to our cars. So we got in the car and hit the drive through! We ordered blizzards and again the customer service at the window greeted us with a smile and the blizzards were great of coarse!
