What a find! Buck's Diner in Port Hope, MI, is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was just perfect—cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. This cozy place was recommended to me by a local I bumped into whom was having a garage sale. The staff was nice. This is a place where they know that you are either a regular or from out of town. I have become more adventurous when traveling and try to get away from ordering the same thing everytime and being open to try new things. I ordered one of the specials for the day - An asparagus omelet with hollandaise sauce. I was impressed. I didn't have a piece of a woody end until the very last bite of my omelet. Incredible blueberry pancakes so light and fluffy, they serve Dearborn meat so you know everything is very high quality and service was really fantastic, biscuits and gravy very good my sister's ham sandwich was delicious and homemade sauce with lots of fresh herbs with lots of dill.
