Huck's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Rudyard Township

We live in the area and wanted to try someplace different eat at and we selected Hucks in Rudyard, Michigan. We were not disappointed. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with Curley Fries which was an upgrade, it comes with house made chips normally. I paired my meal with Angry Orchard Hard Cider which was on tap. My son ordered a Bacon Burger and House Made Fries. He had a lemonade with his meal. My wife had a Chicken Sandwich with the house made chips. The burgers were made with fresh ground beef you could tell by the size and shape. The burgers were delicious. The fry portions were huge as you can see in the photos. The Curley fries were good. I had some of my sons hand cut fries and they were perfect, I really like them better than the Curley Fries, but they were both good. I had some of the house chips not my favorite they cold not hot. Generally when we stop and eat our service and food is very good. Yesterday was definitely different. The service was good 😊 but the food was not good at all this time. We had the rib special. The ribs were tough. They seemed as if they were burnt under the sauce. They also had a freezer burnt taste to it. It was if they had been cooked at a different time and just reheated. Hucks is a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, i usually pop in for some carry out . They have excellent things crust pizza . I really love the nachos. But mostly I have to mention their homemade style fries , best ever . I love to dip them in ranch ! I have never had ,but usually while I am waiting for my food .
