Bumpers — Restaurant in Ruleville

I gave three stars instead of two because the wait staff are friendly. The fries were a little under cooked like they'd been pulled out of the grease 30 second early to rush food out. The hot dog buns on my kids' meals were practically fused to the paper tray they came in, making them hard to eat and causing the kids to make a larger mess than usual.

This isn't the first time I've been here to get food that isn't properly prepared. Please tell the cook to follow corporate guidelines on preparing and holding food. They're created by professionals to ensure the food is enjoyable. Holding warm food too long affects the taste. Buns that sit in open air get hard. Veggies that sit on the bar too long begin to wilt...

I got home (I don’t stay in Ruleville) and It was near 10:00 pm and discovered I had a single burger... due to recent visits and since the burger is in a bag i didn’t think to check my food but I should not have to check my food! I purchased a fish dinner on my lunch today. The wait was long but I didn't mind because I figured my food would be fresh. Boy was I disappointed. After a 30 minute wait, I got hot burnt fish. I tried emailing the address from the contact form but apparently their system blocks emails. I tried calling the Ruleville location 3 times where I got the food from but there was no answer.
