Los Charros — Restaurant in Rushville

This is the perfect Mexican restaurant !! I have spent a lot of time in places like Arizona, Cicero Illinois, San Diego and this little place in the middle of nowhere has insane Mexican food. In fact, it is now the only place I go when I go down to southern Illinois. The staff is the best ran restaurant I have ever seen. Always pleasant and work well together. You could go when they are extremely busy and they still get you in and out. I am amazed!!!! A must to visit in Rushville even if you live near Chicago where I do. You can't leave a negative rating . The service was awful . We waited 15 min for them to take drink order. Had to ask for them to take our food order after all our drinks were empty. Our to go order was wrong. Which we didn't learn till we were home. They charge for use of debit and hid this charge. Then refused to fix the charge when it was requested. Credit charges are final I was told. No one here to fix it. After she was told there was a sign telling her of charge. Which was hidden by all the stuff around the register.

I mean Los Charles is good food, it's totally edible. I always enjoy it. But it comes so fast. I don't even get a chance to catch a buzz with my margarita before my meal comes. And it makes me feel very rushed and almost as if I'm imposing. The one on the east side is not as rude and fast-paced. As the one on the west side which I won't go to by the way.
