Blue Lakes Fresh Fish and wings and chicken fry — Restaurant in Saginaw

Good food, but lack on professionalism. I call last week and a young woman who id say is new answers. I ask her if owner or manager is available, she says yes and started to speak to another woman, the person who she speaks with ask what is it regarding. I say I got front end damage to my car from a pot hole in parking lot. She relays message and person says in background(I Couldnt Fully Hear) This isnt their parking lot it belongs to VIP services. I then ask to speak to woman who said this and she declined, and said just call VIP services. I ask for # and she says google it, I still have my cool this whole time and I ask the young woman who is this woman, she says the owners wife. I then tell her, it wasnt that I even expect for them to liable but at least be able to talk for some form of resolution, and I told her that the woman showed no courtesy at all to a customer by being fully unwilling to even get on phone. What wouldve been of satisfactory would be me being offered VIP services #, or taking my info and them contacting VIP services on my behalf and then reaching back out to me. Attempt to get a cheap efficient patch up, or anything. Instead I get a manager who happens to be owners wife who was very passive with a customer of years. Also I was very respectful whole time with the young woman, and words I had her relay to manager. This is edit, wording may be confusing, The young woman was professional and was a go between for us. First time my order was cooked to perfection! The second time I ordered seemed to be all new staff and the 3pc Tilapia and fries for 9.99 it was 2 of the smallest Tilapia I ever seen like they cut one piece of fish in half, the third piece of fish was long and clearly not Tilapia. I was disappointed but wasn't worth the trip back to the store. I know it is difficult to stand in the store and check your order especially if you have more than one order but do yourself a favor check your order when they hand it to you. First time ordering from here, the food was fantastic, excellent flavor, wings were crisp and juicy, fries had great flavor as well. I ordered through door dash, and I received my order ( 5 miles away) in total time 30 mins from time of order. Food was still hot. Highly recommended this place! I will be ordering again for sure. I ordered the 10 whole wings and a side of fries, didn't give the option to recommend the 10...
