I ordered the #9 The Champ Series sandwich as on the menu as a melt. The server prepared the sandwich like a regular sandwich only cutting through part way and adding the regular amount of cheese. She added the peppers and onions and then went to put it in the oven. I told her I wanted a melt, she said it was, I said the melts are done in the bags, she looked at me angrily and went for the other server in the back room.
The other server came back in and finished preparing my sandwich, she asked if I wanted anything else, I said no. She put it in the bag and melted it.
When I got home I noticed the cheese and chicken were still cold in the sandwich and there was no peppercorn ranch. I went back to the store and addressed the server who knew how to make the melt. I told her that my sandwich wasn't cooked fully and was missing the ranch. She said she showed me the sandwich and asked me if I wanted anything else. I told her that I thought the first server had added the ranch already, since it was supposed to be a melt. She argued with me that she had set the temperature right on the oven and that she had showed me. I asked if she was arguing with the customer.
The other server offered to put the sandwich back in (after I had already taken it home) and add some ranch. I suggested that would be against health code. The server that argued with me said they can't give me a free sandwich. I advised it wouldn't be a free one, it would be the one that I had already ordered. I said "forget about it" and advised I would reach out to management in the morning.
The Milton Subway I normally visit is on top of everything and always friendly. They would never argue...

This place gets heavy traffic and you would think that it would add a few extra people to keep up with demand...Nope. Prepare to wait in long lines. The people working here don't care about quality or service. Most of the time they don't engage customers with talk. I was ignored the past few times while the employee talked to her friend at Dunkin Donuts which sits just 10 feet away inside the same gas station.
I have seen some questionable practices when if come to food prep and cleanliness. I had a employee drop a dressing bottle on the floor, nozzle side down and was going to use it until another employee said that "You should probably wash it" and motioned to me, as if 'Hey, if nobody sees...who cares what hits the floor'.
This location needs a serious overhaul to get it running efficiently and to get staff caring about what they do. Until then, I will not be visiting this location again and I suggest you...
