Paradise Pizza & More — Restaurant in Saint Ansgar

Went here for a change in something to eat and wish I NEVER DID. Had call in order got to store a minute or a head of time they said . Three people came in front of me. Took the worker ( I was checking my time) over 15 minutes to get them ice cream. Finally I get my pizza that was done over 15 minutes ago. And it was only warm asked to reheat it got a disappointing response. But did it. Another woman ( possibly owner / manager brought it and WAS VERY VERY SNOTTY TALKING to me. She could've came out to help check me out before instead of hiding in the back room doing nothing. AS THE PLACE WAS EMPTY INSIDE. OH WELL after all that the PIZZA WAS HORRIBLE COULD' NT HARDLY...

Used to be a decent restaurant. Picked up food for the family tonight and ordered an appetizer basket. Grease was pooled on the appetizers and the cheese inside cheese balls wasn't even melted. Clearly, their fryers were not hot enough. So my husband goes in and they just dumped our appetizers right back into the fryer. Onion rings are now black and the rest of it was soo dry from being cooked twice it's not edible. Oh, and pretty sure OSHA wouldn't approve of cooking food again after customer have touched it. Food is great when they are open but it seems like they are never open anymore when I try to go. Closed on a Saturday? Really. Not even going to bother with this place anymore. Not when other places are guaranteed to be open on a Saturday. Disappointing is an understatement and forget dining in when half the time there is a screaming or whining child demanding something from adults who don't care who they disturb as long as they don't have to deal with them.
