I'm done with this location. They're rude as can be and have zero regard for customer service. Not once, but two days in a row, I came back for the same sandwich just to have it slopped together like garbage and the employees are absolutely absurd to the customers about their own mistakes. 1st day I received a spicy mccrispy, with sauce on 1 corner of the sandwich, 1 side, and had 2 pickles total. Is it really that hard to make that simple of a sandwich correctly? No. But apparently here, it is. My fiance had to drive all the way back for another sandwich. I'm 7 months pregnant. I eat what I can, so even if I wanted to be nice, I could not eat a sandwich that terrible and I was left crying over a mistake that should've never happened. The employee that fixed it was nice and apologized, tho I'm not aware of his name. He also gladly took the sandwich back and looked at the messed up order when my fiance offered to show him. 2nd day we tried again, thinking the issue was fixed. I ordered a mccrispy deluxe with extra sauce and extra pickle, paid for it, just to ensure there was no confusion. Yet when he got back, there's 2 slops of sauce on both sides, 1 rotten tomato and 1 regular tomato. No lettuce, and 2 pickles. Yes, seriously. So I called and someone who had just clocked in answered and offered to once again remake the order. So once again we had to spend gas money to go all the way back for a sandwich that should've been made properly the first time. While my fiance was in line he seen another customer ahead of him who had a messed up order. Once the employee gave him his order, the customer went to drive away but this employee stuck his head out the window to yell "have a good day!" To be cocky rather than remaining professional. The antagonized customer then stopped his truck and yelled back at the employee. This could've been completely avoided if the employee was doing their job the way they were trained. Then when my fiance got to the window he tried to show the female employee that took the other employees spot our messed up sandwich and she refused to look at it despite him asking 4 times, then she shut the window in his face and went about her day. She didn't even ask his name when he came to get the fixed order. So we actually got a random sandwich, not our corrected sandwich. The staff is rude, and I'm absolutely baffled by the way they continue to serve and treat customers. I have worked at mcdonalds in the past and couldn't imagine getting away with this behavior. Read moreUsually they are alright for fast food, but lately they have been going down the drain, big example being yesterday and today. Yesterday I ordered a spicy mccrispy sandwhich, got home which is less than 5 minutes away, it was cold sauce only in the corner of the sandwhich with the pickles, and no sauce on the bottom bun, I went back and the guy took the sandwhich back and I asked him to look at it to see im not just complaining he looks inside the bag and is like oh yeah I see it, and I was like no take it and actually look at it and he's like no it's okay and just gave the new one that was done right. Today I ordered the spicy mccrispy deluxe sandwhich with extra sauce and extra pickles, it was light sauce with one pickle, 2 tomatoes which one looked rotten, and no lettuce at all, so I went all the way back, one guy was in front of me and he complained about his order I don't know what it was about but when the guy went to leave a mcdonalds employee made it a point to stick his head out of the window and yell have a great day sir to the guy in the truck which made the guy slow his truck back down and start yelling again, antagonizing for no reason. Then I get up there for my new sandwhich and I go to give them the old one and she's like we can't take that back, I was like you guys did yesterday and she said we can't do that and gave me my new one, I said can you atleast look at this one to see what the issue is and she said no we made a new one, you're good to go, and I was like oh okay then. The new one was made right. Also on top of it I feel like lately their fries haven't been fresh I keep getting brown old tasting or crispy fries and today and they just switched to lunch 5 minutes prior. Read moreOrdered a flavored ice coffee with 3 Xtra shots of flavor for an Xtra $2.40 Left drive thru and tasted it and it was obvious no Xtra flavor was added. Got back in drive thru line which was now very busy. Finally got to the speaker and explained. Pulled up and first window said that I needed to give back first drink. Fine. Did that. Gave it back and moved to second window. Male worker at window held my new drink while literally bitching at me loudly and lecturing me saying "if you want Xtra flavor then order extra flavor. You need to order it that way. Next time order it that way" Pulled away and tasted my new drink and it tasted the way it should have in the first place. I was absolutely livid. He was Unbelievably rude and nasty because of his mistake. Not to mention the fact that they took my first drink back into the store again which is illegal. Apparently they thought I was trying to scam them for another drink. I really do have much better things to do than wait in line for another 15 minutes just to get a free four dollar drink. I wouldn't have returned or bothered except for the fact that I paid $2.40 extra for the extra flavor, and I didn't like the way it tasted without the Xtra flavor added.
