Eos, according to Greek mythology and the manager Hillary, is "The Goddess Of The Dawn" and after eating at the EOS Cafe, I am convinced that that she in fact this cafe's manager: Hillary Hillary Hillary! I've been on a special sugar-free diet for three weeks and it's been difficult to find a cafe that offers a selection that is suitable. However, not only does this Cafe feature heavy whipping cream, but Hillary designed a special latte on the spot that was not only delicious but met the requirements of my sugar-free diet. Hilary then further brought out some selections from Keto Katz Bakery and insisted that my partner and I help ourselves to a sample of them. When has that every happened to anyone!?! So now I have both a cafe and a pastry shop that I can highly recommend for taste... And for atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality, and menu adaptability: I highly recommend that you seek out Hillary at the Eos Cafe in Saint Clair Shores. -w.

Perfect place for a real coffeehouse experience! You can smell the coffee beans as you enter the building, the artwork and laid back atmosphere is so peaceful, and they have books you can read while drinking a coffee or trying out one of their amazing sandwiches, the turkey fig and brie was the. Bomb!! Not to mention how fun their coffee/drink flights are!! So many options!! My boyfriend doesn’t like coffee but their Berry Cheesecake latte had him finishing it in minutes!! The service was pretty fast and the cashier, Lyndsy, was so attentive and cheerful, you can tell its a good place when you can hear laughter coming from the kitchen❤️ Fresh, clean, and great service! 10/10 definitely recommend and we will be back for sure!

Quaint little coffee shop, did a nice remodel recently. Counter person not friendly in any way. Ordered a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese today; extra charge for the cream cheese (see pic). Bagel was only minimally toasted, really not edible; I put it back on the food pick up counter w/ 2 bites out of one side - 20 minutes later no one came by to ask why I gave the uneaten bagel back to them (very few people there, not hard to see who did it). Maybe that happens a lot, I don't know; but I'd wonder why someone just returned their food. Easy to upgrade/uptrain your servers, but until then I'll go somewhere else. Love a small non-corporate coffee shop, too bad they don't measure up.

Visited this place this past weekend with my daughter for the 1st time. My daughter loves flavored coffees, Im more of an americano person. We asked if we could split a $14 flight with 2 flavored and 2 americano, we were told no. We offered to pay more and were still told no. I ordered a large coffee and asked the girl at the counter if she adds the cream and sugar or if there is a station. She pointed at the station. We ordered 2 bagels, a $14 flight, and my coffee. I went to the station to add my stuff, and the cup was too full, so I had to empty some out to be able to add cream. There was an empty bus tub next to the station so I poured some in that. We then received our bagels, 15 minutes later, my daughter received her flight. While waiting, my daughter overheard a staff member talking about how disrespectful it was for someone to pour their coffee in the bus tub. She's not one to say anything, and I was outside. Had I heard then, I would have suggested that they don't fill the cup up to the rim, knowing that the customer is going to be adding cream (previously discussed during the order process). The bagels were good, the coffee was good, the place was beautiful, but the young teenage girl at the front needs to learn some more customer service skills. I also feel that if a customer is willing to pay more to split a flight, why is it such a big deal? Will we be back, probably to give it...

This is a beautiful coffee shop in St. Clair Shores. They have ample sitting with traditional tables and chairs, but also booths, counches, and louge chairs. They also have outdoor seating. For a Tuesday afternoon they seemed busy. You could see friends were gathered, people working on their laptops, and young families dining in. We liked the food, but for what you paid for what you got was below par for us. We had two sandwhiches, a soup, and a smoothie for $40 not including tip. We did carry out and still was very hungry afterwards. I also didn't like how they refused to turn one of the sandwiches into a salad. Most places do that, but not here. They do have Udis gluten free bread as an option, but I don't like that brand. FYI Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread is way better. I was definitely left hunger, but my husband too. His sandwich was so small. We couldn't believe it. The service was okay, but they made us wait a lotng time. A women greated us after she rang up the women in front of us and then ignored us for about 20 minutes. She might of been putting orders together, but didn't say one word to us. Another woman came from the kitchen and walked passed us to not a word as we awkwardly waited. Finally a young guy from the kitchen came out to serve us and take our order. He was nice. But since we were the only people in line, I can't understand why it...

Where to begin...how about with a latte that was overpowered by something. Not sure if it was cinnamon, nutmeg, or what, but it wasn't good. Next up: the service. It's horrible. There can be 1 person in line in front of you and your order can still take 15 minutes and be wrong. We've been 3 or 4 times and only returned after the first visit because we wanted to give a local business another chance. Went with a group of 4 once, waited over 20 minutes for simple breakfast foods, and then got the wrong food. They seem to have no order system for remembering whose orders were taken at which times. Worst of all, we heard the owner berating college student age employees about how it was unacceptable that people waited 15 minutes for their order. What was unacceptable was hearing the owner blame and reprimand employees for something beyond their control. Instead, buy a better stove, invest in some automation for taking orders, and simplify the menu. On another occasion, my friend asked basic questions about a drink only to have the person behind the counter roll her eyes at her. For the most part, it seems the employees are legitimately trying, but the owner isn't making changes needed to provide consistent service. The only reason this is more than 1 star is because they have a good everything bagel breakfast sandwich. Three strikes and you're out - I...
