Food was great! We had the Diablo Burger and Sweet Potato fries. Food seems to be from the adjacent Sidecar Cafe which has always been good. Decent beer and wine selection. While service itself was decent, the friendliness of the server was absent. We said we were splitting the meal, and she did bring out an extra plate. There appeared to be 3 people working, but they stayed in the back most of the time, even when no one was around, and no orders appeared to be in process. Looked like they do take-out orders, too, so maybe they were working. We saw one man come in and it took a while for someone to come from the back and see that he was there. He had to step into hallway and call for someone. Glad to see this in the Desert Canyons neighborhood, but friendlier employees are needed. My daughter and I each ordered hot wings (8 pieces per order) and shared some cheese curds, and the bill came out to $50 before any tips. I was honestly shocked at the cost, especially for what it was…The cheese curds were also overly greasy, which didn’t help the experience. To put it into perspective, we had dinner at Sakura recently. We ordered pork belly skewers, three cups of soup, and three sushi rolls, and the total came to $46.
