Casey's — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Came to the store around 12:30 because I was out of gas. The doors had they were having a manager meeting until 1pm. Thats a ridiculous time to have a meeting through lunch hour. It was 1:10 and no one has unlocked the door yet. I called and asked when they were gonna unlock the door and the blk chick had a straight up attitude and was rude. I told her that I was stuck and needed to get gas and the pay at the pump option wasn't working. If you say you're gonna open back up at 1pm then you should open up. Needless to say, another woman knocked on the door and needed gas. She couldn't get anywhere else. They opened the door, took her money for gas and then marked im that they will reopen at 1:30pm. I found that to be very rude for the ones who have been sitting there waiting for them to open. If we would have known it was gonna be another 30 mins, we would have went elsewhere. I have given this location several chances. Casey’s is known for its great reputation but this location is not serving that up. Very dirty location, have ordered food several times and received the incorrect order every time including no toppings on a taco pizza. Gas pumps are either missing a hose or you sit on the please wait screen forever. I believe this can be fixed by the proper management staff so I’ll go a different direction for a couple months and stop back to see if there have been improvements. Every time I call here at about 5 or 6 pm they never have bread they are always calling me back everytime I have tried to order here and said they are out of white bread or something else!! How do you have a sandwich shop and never have bread. In fact last time I ordered here I opted for the wheat bread and it was so dry I had to smother it with mayo to even eat it and swallow it! Then I call because I asked for extra onions and extra black olives then on the foot long it there was only 5 or 6 pieces on the whole sandwich so I call and complain to the manager on duty and they said sorry I can't refund you because you ordered it online so that money was out...
