If it was possible I’d put NO stars for CUSTOMER SERVICE. First off we just left your McDonald’s feeling confused and unsure why we were rudely spoken to about our order by the lady who took our order in drive thru. Yes you asked if we were going to use a code, and my husband said “Ah actually yes!” (I clearly heard him as he fumbled to grab his phone to have it ready for when we pay) And you sounding very unenthused through our whole order kept saying “will that be all” and on and on with the sigh and “will that be all” clearly annoyed with each thing we added. Apologies for the support of your business and your wallet???! And then for us to get to the last window (as you instructed) to pay and your co-worker did not know how to apply a code and went to ask for your help, and you choose to come and rudely yell at my husband “well that’s why I ASKED you if you were going to use a code!” To which my husband (with the code in hand and shocked by why you were being rude, and realizing how you clearly must not have heard him tell you during the order that he WAS going to use one ) changed his mind about upsetting you further and said never mind and to go ahead and charge us the full amount. YOU pushed him for the code and he says he forgot it and just charge the full price it’ll be fine , and you tell him you already applied it (lying in your ill mannered customer service way) and still charged us the full amount, and proving that you not only rudely spoke out of turn to a customer, you also LIED to us, and yet we still paid…contributing in some way to your paycheck I suppose. It took everything in me to not come in and properly teach you a thing or two about customer service. I cannot believe the audacity of folks in such an industry to think they can speak any way to customers. I understand that there are the few hard headed mean folks out there that give it to you without warning, but to be so hostile to customers that did not come to be unkind or seek a fight (JUST food with our kids!) all because you’re having a bad morning and hate your job perhaps? Now that’s just ridiculous! So boo for terrible customer service to whoever you are, lady in the light blue shirt, I hope you aren’t a manager because I can only imagine the kind of customer service you’re breeding there! Read moreFirst thing I noticed was there were several alarms/timers going off when I walked in. It continued for the entire time I was there, about 15 mins. I placed my order. While waiting for my food, I noticed there were employees personal snacks & drinks laying on the counter. Not a single person I saw was wearing a hair net. Most had long hair that was pulled in a ponytail pretty sure it’s required to at very least wear a hat. Finally noticed that the back area was disorganized & dirty. There were no straws out by the fountain machine & only a handful of lids left. No condiments available. From the lobby I could see 3 people working hard to serve everyone (1 in drive thru, 1 on grill, 1 bagging food) Another 3 employees seemed to just be chit chatting in the back. I overheard one of them loudly complaining about customers. The fries were bagged & cold before I received my order. Was not impressed. I felt bad for the the 3 employees trying to get the food out. Read moreI tried to use a mobile app deal which clearly listed the item I was ordering as eligible. When I attempted to explain this to the manager I was told that he couldn't do anything about mobile app problems and If I was going to have a attitude I could just leave "His" drive thru. He then refused to give me his name. It's not going to be hard for the owners to identify the manager on duty at 7:45 am on Monday morning so I'm not sure what he was trying to accomplish. UPDATE #1: I've managed to retell this story atleast a dozen times over the last week. I wonder how many people I'll have to tell before management realizes that talking over me and being rude probably wasn't the way to go!!!!! Being retired has it's advantages..... nothing but time!!!! UPDATE #2: I had a wonderfull opertunity to speak with 4 Jahovas Witnesses over the weekend.
