MJ'S Coffee House — Restaurant in Saint Marys

If you're ever tired of places being "too friendly," then you need to come here! We were not greeted when we came in, never asked if they could help us. We had to feel like we were bothering them to actually get an order. Then, when it was ready, one of the girls working there set it on the counter & yelled "biscuits & gravy"... my wife was only about 6-8 ft away. I love their Cremosas, but it has happened two times now that when I go to get one I end up mixing them myself, because they are never mixed, but when I went to mix them they started overflowing and one of the ladies working there (who is always rude) just told me, "All the cremosas do that", and she didn't really do anything about it till she actually saw the puddle of my cremosa on the floor, and THEN she wet some paper towels and tossed them to me, but only after she tossed the towels to me did she offer to...

The only reason I patronize this place is because its the ONLY coffee shop in town. Prices are reasonable enough, but the customer service from most of the employees is well below par. I have been given wrong orders way more times than I can count. One time I called in an order 25 minutes before I wanted to pick it up, and still had to stand and wait another 15 minutes when I got there before it was ready. Just very frustrated with the poor...
