Was Awesome Food. Fantastic. I picked up my order so I went to the business. First Impression was cluttered and then he apologized for the mess that they were working on moving to a new location. I'm sure the contact info is the same since I ordered online and it was ready just a minute after I walked in. I watched them bag my order. The kitchen looked great. It was the hall and lobby that just had a couple of signs some overhead lighting and kitchen equipment. Wherever they are next time I go that's where I go. That's what I'd recommend. This place was offering free food for victims of hurricane Milton. We were part of the first group there. We waited there for 3 hours for them to tell us the city was kicking them out, and that we'd have to go to their on-site location to be fed. They ended up giving EVERYONE THE WRONG ADDRESS, and when we showed up to the right place we waited for over half an hour no one came. I heard they were serving their friends first and larger orders second from someone else in the crowd who didn't get served. Excellent food but customer service is very poor on the phone and in person. The red guy with the Afro, missing teeth and always sniffing is very rude. I had a very large order and told him at the beginning of the call and he still kept trying to hang up on me. I couldn’t believe it! Get to 727 and ask to see the food before being packed up, you would’ve thought the world had ended. Sniffles almost got the business but I’m a lady. Next time I’ll buy my own crabs and throw some old bay on them if that’s the case and it’ll be a long time before I drive south for that kind of...
