Inas Kitchen — Restaurant in Saipan

When you walk in around noon, the first thing you see is the busy kitchen and a line queued to place orders. This place does take me back to the homegrown burger joints I used to love in the mainland. They have salad, taco, wraps, and specials, but I go for the burgers. From that perspective, this place gets it right. The patties are savory and juicy with that right off the grill freshness. So far I tried cheeseburger and mushroom swiss, to see how they do the classics, and have planned to work my way through the menu. Additionally, I like the bit of sea salt on the thick cut fries, the ketchup is of the good puree variety. At least for lunch, everything is served in take out polystyrene foam containers, whether you eat in or not, with bottled and canned drinks only....

Local hotspot that gets super crowded. We recommend going 10-15 minutes before opening to get tables if you want to dine in. Tables do free up, but have seen people waiting for a seat. This place takes phone orders as well so order quickly as when you think you're the only one there, they probably have a handful of orders in. The location is also close to many government offices so many workers frequent this place for lunch.
