Bunker Hill has been here for a long time now, and I figured I should give it a try. After originally thinking I’d try their wet burrito I instead settled on their Bunker Hill burger platter (with fries and cottage cheese). The burger was juicy and delicious with savory mushrooms and onions served on toast. I was very happy with it and the fries. Service was excellent, and I enjoyed the diner atmosphere in the section I sat in. I’d definitely eat here again if I’m in the Burnips area. Prices were reasonable.

First time in. We were pleasantly surprised that it was a sports bar atmosphere. Very clean! We actually thought it was newly remodeled but it has been around for awhile. Nice menu with a good variety also a nice variety of dinner specials. Riley was our server and did an excellent job. I had the Asian chicken salad and loved it had a mix of different greens. My husband had the smelt basket which was more than he could eat. Looking forward to trying breakfast next as we heard good things about it.

We went for lunch and was not pleased at all with the food. We ordered build your own pasta and burrittos we waited 40 minutes for our food and when it came out the pasta and chicken and broccolli were ice cold so we both had to send back and we waited another 20 minutes for our food we were not happy at all . We wont be back at all this was our second time to try it again. The water tasted like chemicals. CMC Wildlife Photographer / Food Reviewer

I hate to write this review as Bunker Hill was a very frequent stop for us. Our family goes there every Sunday morning for breakfast and its great. The food and service is always fantastic. But on the other side in the bar/restaurant that is not the case. Last night the family and I went in for dinner and a few drinks and had yet another terrible experience. We ordered the smoked wings for an app. and they were great. I ordered the perch basket and it was cold and soggy, my son ordered the children's spaghetti and it was cold noodles were like glue, my wife got a burger and it was great, and my daughter ordered the fettuccine with pulled pork and it didn't come out. The food runner asked if we needed anything else and we told him that she was missing her meal. He said he would go back and look. I seen him go to the waitress and tell her. She didn't come back to the table for some time, and when she did acted like she didn't know we didn't have it. By this time everyone else was done. My son wouldn't eat the spaghetti I choked what I could down as it was gross. The waitress then asked if we still wanted my daughters meal. I said im not going to pay for it even if she did bring it out. She then vanished and didn't come back for 15-20 min and when she did she had a bag with fettuccine and chicken not even the right thing! And an $85 bill!!!!! She charged me for everything including the fettuccine (are you kidding me) I then made a little scene in the restaurant and explained to her why she got a zero in the tip spot on the bill in wich she told me she didn't care. Now I will back this review up to the last time I was there on that side, with my wife and another couple. Service was so so and I took one bite of my burger and bit into a hair that was about 8 inches long. I almost threw up and told the waitress about it and she asked to make me another one I told her no as I lost my apatite and low and behold it wasn't removed from the bill. I understand this happens but make it right! I would like to know who manages this place. It seems that nobody cares about the customer here. So I guess at this point we will have to find another breakfast place to go to every Sunday from here on out! After reading others reviews and not seeing any response from the management or owners I encourage them to reach out to me and I will kindly further explain in more details my complaint and who knows maybe we can come up with a solution. If not I will take that as they do not care and will...

I would highly suggest avoiding this restaurant. I recently came here from Sandy pines for a late lunch with a few people. First indication we should have left us when my husbands meal was actually given to the wrong person, and the other person had started cutting up the chicken in his chicken Alfredo meal. The waitress then realized they had given my husbands meal to the wrong person, grabbed it and then gave it to my husband to eat. The waitress did not offer to get a new plate or have anything remade, just said hastily said sorry they had given the plate to someone else by mistake, and the person cut up the chicken but did not yet take a bite- so according to the waitress it was fine for my husband to eat. The waitress then immediately walked away before we could even say anything.

I was also overcharged on our meal for two separate things, and when I pointed it out to the waitress, she just said prices were higher than what was shown on the menu due to covid. The waitress did not apologize and basically did not care whatsoever and would not change the bill. My bill was never fixed, and honestly if I was not in a hurry I would have asked to see the manager. That’s fine if there is a price increase, but then the menu needs to reflect the correct pricing, or I need to be told prior to receiving the bill, that prices are higher. It’s actually illegal to advertise that you are selling something for a certain price and then demand the consumer pays more than the advertised price after it has already been consumed. If you dine here, be sure to check your bill.

The nacho appetizer might have been bottom/worst 3 nachos I’ve ever tried. Would not recommend and you get a very small amount for the price.

Everything about this restaurant is just not good.

Bummed because I used to frequent this restarting a few times a year, as we have been pleased with food in the past. But I will 100% not be...

First we asked to be seated out in the fresh air part of restaurant. There were plenty of open tables, but they acted like it was a problem (3 waitresses had to "consult" with each other). Took quite a while to get our food. I took one bite out of my beef brisket sandwich and had a mouth full of fat. Sandwich was cut in half and the one half was all fat. My wife needed some bbq sauce for her burger, but our waitress didn't come back. My wife finally got up and asked another waitress to get our waitress. Instead of coming to our table she proceeded to take the order of a large party of people. We flagged her down, told her about the sandwich and got bbq sauce for my wife. We waited quite a while, my family was done with their food and we still did not see the waitress. So we finally just got up to leave to try to pay our bill and find out about the sandwich. She came up to me and said, " Sorry about your sandwich but all I can do is take off the french fry charge". I said that is not right because the sandwich was bad, not the fries. She was very flustered and said she will pay for my sandwich because thats how it works around there. I said , "Thats not right for you to pay for it". She pretty much ignored me and took the sandwich off the bill anyway. I also told her I was not happy with the service and she says that someone called in and she has a large party to attend to (why do I have to get bad service because of their problem?). She kept saying she was very flustered. I said that shouldn't be your problem, the manager or other people should be helping to cover this. In summary, I will not be going back there because of the poor service, poor food quality and the fact that they make the employees pay for someones meal if that customer is not satisfied. This is also the second time we were there and the service the first time was very similar. The place looks nice but don't...
