It was truly a disappointment ( and sad) trip to the Blue Collar tonight. It is very apparent that the new owners are neither committed nor concerned how well or bad their new tavern is doing. Although Haley and the other server ( sorry I did not get her name) were working hard to keep up, it was most obvious that they need a lot more help. We saw numerous people get up and leave or cancel their meals. Everyone around us was talking about how bad things were. We were there for 2 1/2 hours to get cheeseballs and wings. Their menu has gotten smaller which was also disappointing. The writing is on the wall here. Either the owners show up, stay, and begin to run things better ( it was hard to watch the 2 ladies overworked and who knows how few people were in the kitchen) or the place will definitely fail.    Read moreMy 2 experiences Friday 1-31-25 a complete shit show! We waited over 2 hours & 50 mins for food, that is unacceptable the 3 small kids we had were literally falling asleep at the table. The waitress and lady at the bar were so nice and apologized several times. Then when we did get the food half of it was cold. I understand its under new ownership, but if you expect ppl to wait 3 hours for food then you need to slash the prices not increase them! Especially when we drop over $200 a week! We asked to speak to the owners conviently they were nowhere to be found! They did offer us someone but we just left. 4+ hours was insane to me.
Thursday 2-6-25 went back to try again Food was amazing. Pizza 🍕 was hot and really really good, we got extra cheese and it didn't disappoint! Wings were great as well! Staff was amazing! Way better experience...
   Read moreI will need to update this later because we were told we would have to wait 1.5 hours before we could get food. :( The place is much cleaner than it used to be. I've heard the food is good but they are really strict about no substitutes including getting onion on a burger.
