The Rusty Anchor Smokehouse — Restaurant in Salina

We normally go to jls bbq but I told my son I'm sick of that food so I googled restaurants in pryor n this new one popped up . I checked out menu n told my son to go there . He went n picked up food for us , got it home , i opened mine and the house bbq sauce i put on the meats I ordered , the first bite of bbq i could taste the smoky taste n it was love at first bite . I got smoked sausage n brisket n I wanted lil smokes but they were out . The brisket was mmmmmmh soooo tender . I ordered onion rings n they were big good ones n I ordered okra !! It was goid n I got a yeast roll !! Hands down , our new resturant will be the rusty anchor , or los cocos, or pig n out !! My new go to places to eat will be in salinqa n not pryor !! I had the brisket, bologna, and homemade baked beans, and everything was absolutely delicious! The brisket was tender and smoky, the bologna had incredible flavor, and the beans tasted just like something made from scratch. The restaurant was clean, open, and airy with an amazing atmosphere — and the wait staff was just as impressive! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again....
