I have zero clue how this place has good ratings. It's extremely disappointing knowing that this place could be so good. Management/ the ownership of this business just doesn't get it. At night time you should have more than young adults running the business. On top of that I don't know what's going on with the cook but overall there is very limited taste to the food and it's just overcooked. Normally I try to find positivity in all my posts. Just this post here. I can't. I was eating and they even turned off the lights forgetting that we were here eating dinner. As we all know we don't want to hang around, but if they gave us the check, we would have had a clue that they were closing. A place with a bar usually doesn't rush people out even though I wasn't drinking. Now the building itself isn't bad, they have good parking and the building in site is very spacious, it has so much potential. Maybe I just had a bad visit at this place and it's not that bad. Nevertheless, they have a beautiful fish tank when you first walk in. But service isn't here, I should have rised right from the start that standing around. Waiting for someone to sit us was a bad sign. The girls like to hang around the hostess booth and chat the whole time, however, I can't blame them when you're not busy. Nevertheless, I will not ever be coming back to this place.

We had takeout, ordered the Greek pie ( I do not recommend) it had zero flavor no garlic or feta cheese bitter spinach and dill was all I tasted. Fried mushrooms and zucchini sticks were the sides I ordered and the caramel apple pie. My boyfriend ordered a seafood combo appetizer he said he liked it I got his calamari ( pictured in photos) and he got a bacon ranch chicken quesadilla he also said he liked it and his dessert was Oreo cream pie. Nothing that we ordered was homemade mostly everything was pulled from a bag out of the freezer but it was expensive $56.01 This was our first and last time ordering here at least my last time The old man can order there if he wants. And the final thing was I was paying with a debit card which is technically cash, and I was charged $3.00 when I questioned the fact that I wasn't using a credit card, they have a sign saying credit or debit will be charged 3% of the bill we should have been charged $1.50 so pay attention to your bill if you want frozen "homemade food "

I have been to this place a few times. Not necessarily the restaurant but the bar in the rear. The bartender (I wish I remembered her name because she deserves some kudos), is fantastic. For not being a regular there, she remembered exactly what I drink without having to ask. I have been here 3 times within a year. She also throws out recommendations drinkwise and are definitely a hit. Food is pretty darn good, as well. Service is fantastic. I am glad that I have come across this place due to coworkers. If I lived closer to here, I would definitely frequent this place more often.

We don't live too far from here, so we thought we would give it a try. We looked up the menu ahead of time & were excited to try their steaks. Our server told us in a lowered voice not to try the steaks because, in his opinion, "they don't know how to prepare them here, so a lot of people send them back." We were shocked to hear such blunt honesty but thought,"How bad can they be really?". So we each ordered a different cut of steak, NY Strip, porterhouse & filet mignon for me. The servers explained that we should order them rarer than we like since the kitchen will overcook them because that way, they have a better chance of coming out right. After we got our food, we quickly realized the issue was not the temperature of the meat but the actual meat itself. My filet mignon was tough even though it had not been overcooked, which led me to conclude that it wasn't filet mignon but another less quality cut being sold as filet. The other 2 steaks weren't great either, so none were finished. I ordered mashed potatoes as one of my sides, but it tasted like the cheapest box brand, so those weren't eaten. We were told our meals came with complimentary desserts: rice pudding, vanilla, or chocolate pudding. We should have learned our lesson by this point, but we thought, "Oh, what the hell, it's included," so we got 1 rice pudding & 2 chocolate puddings. My friend who got the rice pudding ate it all, but my partner & i could not finish the chocolate pudding because, again, it tasted like cheap can stuff. The only thing we ordered that we loved was our appetizer of mini crab cake balls - those were delicious & the only thing on the menu we would recommend & come back for. So be warned: DON'T buy the steak here (our server was very right...

Saturday night I had went into the bar to hang with friends. Me and 4 other people (other African Americans) were waiting to get served for about 30+ minutes. The bartenders had made eye contact with me and I yelled we would like a drink (due to the music being so loud). She came over but didn’t take our order. She went back to the other side people that she already served (Caucasians) and then started giggling and having conversations with the other bartenders. We continued to sit at the bar and chit chat amongst one other. An order lady guessing bartender possibly supervisor came over and started yelling at us and made security escort us out. Because ( as was told her name) Kitty told her that we was yelling which we wasn’t. Everybody inside the bar that was not Caucasian was waiting on drinks for a very long time which we tried to explain to the older lady but she wasn’t trying to listen. If you are any other race but Caucasian do not expect to be treated the same by this place. I will never return nor recommend anybody to go to this bar that’s colored unless you want to be ignored, forced to leave the bar, and yelled at. Even the security guards knew they was wrong (they came out and talked to us about...
