Charlies Mart — Restaurant in Salisbury

Used to be great but somewhere along the line in all the changes in owners and management something went wrong. I walked in a picked up 2 beers priced at 1.59 per can and one that was 1.79 along with that I had a pack of camels a a single scoop of ice cream. When I went to the counter the woman rang up the two beers at 2.49 since they didn’t have the price at the register she just used the price for a completely different product. I corrected her twice and yet I was still overcharged. It’s so frustrating to be ripped off by a business you could once trust. I’ve still yet to figure out how less than 5 dollars worth of beer, a 5 dollar pack of cigarettes and a single scoop of ice cream can be 16+ dollars. I guess I’ll just have to make the drive to Salisbury to SV discount to get honest service and the price...

At first glance, this did not seem like the place to get ice cream. However, once you walk in you are greeted by kind folks ready to serve you. I paid less than $5 for two single scoops of ice cream, and that’s an awesome price these days. Not to mention, the single scoop is large in comparison to other ice cream shops.
