Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in San Antonio

This places straight trash I just spoke to the manager Landon, I believe that’s what his name was non-sympathetic at all . First, I wanna say this is not the first time they have messed up on my order. First time we went ordered a western burger and got a avocado burger two totally different burgers insane this time I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with zucchini, fried zucchini on it one I was a waitress for 20 years this girl does not know how to place the order at all. She charged me for everything separate instead of putting a bacon cheeseburger and adding zucchini now when I open my burger, I just laughed. I had no patty at all just a veggie burger with fried zucchini none of our combos came with fries came all the way home just I have to drive right back so annoying and this is the second time my husband ordered a Angus burger. $16 with fries and a drink and his burger was completely wrong. Wasn’t hot at all, my daughters food was the only one that came out, right I know you don’t need a PhD to work at a burger place, but oh my God it’s so annoying. If you do not care don’t work in the food business. It’s hard at work and you have to give good customer service. The manager does not know how to talk to customers at all I didn’t cursed once or raise my voice and he was very rude. Drove through the drive-thru and order placed our order there was one vehicle in front of us. Upon ordering we sat by the window for at least 18 minutes. We were never told y or if the meals were being prepared by a time frame. However after receiving our food everything was very cold my husband got out of the car to get fresh french fries because the fries we had received were very cold. He waited for 3 minutes for new fries at that point those fries came out very oily and the Fry's tasted as though the oil had not been changed in the fryer. As we were waiting and eating what we had in the parking lot we noticed two other individuals order as well and both individuals had gotten out of the car to go to the front of the restaurant. We also noticed a manager and two other employees come out of the store and sat with an individual person that was in their own vehicle just chatting for several minutes if I would guess it was approximately 38 minutes. Where I’m from, we had a Carl’s Jr 2 minutes away. We didn’t have whataburger or in and out or chick fil a. So Carl’s Jr was the go to place. Once I moved to Texas, I tried all the other places and when I found out they ran out all the Carl’s Jr.’s here… I was surprised. I’m sorry but Carl’s Jr is 10x better than any of those places. By far the best burger place I’ve ever found. I always get the famous star with cheese and it just hits the burger spot. Although I will drive 30 minutes away just to get Carl’s Jr, I’ve done it a few times now 😂, I hope they open up more places again because it is way better than all these other fast food places and I’m happy to see so many other...
