Manger on duty was a very unapologetic and rude to top it off! I placed an order through the app at 4pm for pickup at 745pm, we got out a little early so i decided to call the store and let me know if they could have our order ready a few minutes early, that would be great. I called them at 730pm thinking they would say my order was about to be prepared as it was near the scheduled pickup time. To my shock, they told me that my order was just placed at 730pm and it would over an hr before my order would be ready! I was just down the street so I went in to talk to the one duty manger, Carter, to see what could be done seeing that we placed our order far in advance. He was very defensive right off the back and proceeded to tell me that it was bc of the rain they were behind, the rain mind you…lol. Ok, well I would have hoped he would have said we will push your order through right now since you ordered earlier, I would have waited since my daughter really wanted pizza, but nope, no effort was made to remedy the situation, just said I’ll cancel your order. Wow, really, so after he cancelled the order, I asked for the store mangers name so I could call tomorrow and know who to talk to, and he refused to give me any information stating that all complaints come back to the store so his manager would hear about it anyways! I know the mistake was not his fault as I’m sure it’s their app’s fault, but him not even attempting to make it right really boiled my blood! Read moreI LOVE my dominos! Sure, they've gotten the order wrong a couple of times. Nobody is perfect. However if they do something wrong it's fixed right away. THAT'S customer service.....the old fashioned way! Putting the customer first is what all businesses should strive for. Without us there would be no business, therefore no profits. Update 12-1-2023: As much as we've always loved Domino's, lately there's been several lackluster experiences. We've recently begun to pay extra for added provolone cheese on our pizzas. The first time it was marvelous with that beautiful white topping and stretchy, gooey deliciousness. But the last few orders having been identical to the first were either missing or EXTREMELY scarce on the provolone. We let it go on the previous but this time we called and let them know it wasn't right. The outcome was unacceptable considering their guarantee. They said it was made correctly (in other words, we were wrong) and offered us cheesey bread on our next order, not a replacement. We felt like taking it back and dropping it at the front door! Very dissatisfied! Looks like we need to go elsewhere in the future as their guarantee means nothing. Read moreArrived with my order showing ready for my curbside pick up. Hit the "I'm here" button and the timer starts. The timer was stopped less than 30 seconds later. Your pizza is on its way! Sweet! Yeah, it didn't come out for 10 minutes. Asked to speak with a manager, he's too busy. You can come inside to talk to him. I am not dressed to be seen in public, not trying to end up on a people of Walmart site! Hence why the curbside. Ok fine I'll leave a review. Get home to find half my order wrong. Got someone else's pizza along with mine and not the cheese dip my kids ordered. Call the store and ask for the manager, he's too busy. He made the poor young man on the phone deal with an upset customer bc he didn't want to handle it. I gave him not one but he had 2 opportunities to fix these issues. And he didn't, he passed the buck. However, the young man I did speak to handle the situation the best he could and was apologetic, but he is not paid to deal with this his boss is.
