If I could give this place a rating of 0, I definitely would. A rating of 1 star is too accommodating for their benefit. I sat for over 40 minutes, (not during a rush hour) waiting for a simple order of tacos de asada with only cheese and avocado inside the tacos and everything else on the side. The order had to be sent back 4 times and it was still messed up, until I decided to just leave. I spoke to the cashier and she completely avoided eye contact with me and was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and the cashier stated she was in the back. I proceeded to ask her if she can come to the front so I could speak to her. She ignored me. I saw a lady walking towards the front desk and I asked the cashier, “is that the manager?” and she stated, “no that’s the owner”. I began to express to the owner my concerns on how it took four times (maybe more if allowed) and the order was still not correct. I opened the box in front of her and showed her the receipt which stated my exact order, correctly so I knew there wasn’t any miscommunication. I told her how I asked for the onions and cilantro on the side but kept coming to the table still in the tacos. The owner then stated, “well they were already made like that. they weren’t going to take the stuff out. The workers did the most they can.” I then stated, “so you already knew the tacos were made incorrectly, but decided to still serve the food incorrectly to a customer? If you decided to do this and not serve the customer with the correct order that was requested, the least you could’ve done was let the customer know that they weren’t going to get what they requested so they wouldn’t have to waste their time in your restaurant.” She then closed the box and walked off. I was very shocked by her behavior and all I said was thank you ma’am and left. The customer service was ridiculously bad and concerning. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but this is no way to run a business. it seemed to me from what she was telling me, her only concern was wasting food that her workers failed to get right the first time with something that was communicated good and stated on the receipt exactly how I wanted the tacos, but hopefully no one else has to experience this poor customer service at this restaurant and God bless that lady if she was going through some thing that day that caused her to have such poor behavior...
Read more‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Save your money and go somewhere else‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Well to start off the plates are very expensive. I ordered a vegetable soup to go. When I got back to my place of employment all they had given me was ONE small piece of carrot and ONE pice of potato. (That’s it). And they charged me the full price for a chicken soup. So I called them which they told me they would replace it for me again just to go back the next day. Which I did. As I was walking out I noticed that I was missing my rice. So I ask the waitress for my rice and in a very rude way she said WE ARE NOT GIVING YOU RICE BECAUSE JUST THE SOUP WAS INCORRECT. Which is fine with me but she didn’t have to be rude about it. So again I went back to my place of employment and to find out all I got was potatoes. Like OMG do these people not know what a vegetable soup is 🤦♀️. I will NEVER spend a penny in that...

Anyways if you want a good Authentic Mexican restaurant go to Mi Celayence Mexican Restaurant on 2907 Fredericksburg Rd, San...
