Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

Just came to this location at 8:58pm 9/1/2021 and the gentlemen outside was wearing a subway shirt and smoking a cigarette right outside the door. I got out of my truck to spend money here for some dinner and the the dude smoking a cigarette wearing the subway shirt told me they were closed because they ran out of food. Online states this location closes at 10:00pm and I can see maybe running out of the baked bread, but I know there is no way they ran out of flatbread, wraps, and bowls for the protein bowls/ salads. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but in business this is not acceptable customer service and a good way to loose product and money. I work extremely hard for my money and this is my local subway I love to spend my money at. I stopped at this subway the other day to get a sandwich and was assisted by Kathy. She started making my sandwich and then proceeded to stop after putting the meat on to take her phone out of her back pocket and start texting, without taking her gloves off. She then puts her phone back in her pocket and puts cheese on my sandwich. She pulls her phone back out to start texting while the sandwich was in the toaster, still with the gloves on, and puts it back in her pocket before asking which veggies I want. I placed a mobile order around 11am, I come to the store to pick up my order and the manager on duty says my order never came through. The app says my order is being prepared, anyways I show her my receipt with the order number and food I purchased. And she tells me “I can’t give you your order without the name” I said well my name is Taylor, showed her my subway profile and ID to match. And she still refuses to give me my order, I can see the sandwich with my own eyes on the bar. All she had to do was match my order numbers with my receipt and that should be proof enough.
