Had a great meal at this place. I had ordered a couple of chicken fajita tacos. By chance, I asked if they had any mustard, because I love mustard and it pairs well with the chicken fajitas. At first, they said no, but then moments later, they came back with some mustard for my tacos. So, them going the extra mile to make my food even more delish scores extra points with me. The atmosphere is also pleasing, seeing familar Jesus and Catholic imagery hanging on the walls. Whether you're the religious type or not, you can't help but notice the positivity and the Tex-Mex culture that flow through this establishment. I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

From breakfast to lunch, it was good 👍🏾 the papas with bacon for breakfast was the first for me, really liked that ! Also went for lunch during my lunch break and got the Carne Guisada plate which was also good. Service was good first time around, second time around during my lunch hour wasn't so good but for the most part not as bad as reviews I read.

We dove hunt in this area every few years. When we do, we regularly return to Taqueria San Juan. The food is a little different than we are used to in Southeast Texas. My wife says it is more "authentically Mexican". It is very good. Most of us get Mexican food, but my son really likes the "Mexican hamburgers."

I love, love hole in the wall restaurants but they still have to be semi clean. This place met the bill. It’s a Jalisco style just so you know – but so, so good! Service was friendly and quick. Food was really good. A couple of us got the enchiladas verde con pollo with rice and beans and we both agreed it was good. Not the best I have ever had but is was still pretty darned good. I’m in this area on occasion and since it is one of the few places open on Sundays, I will add it to my list of places to frequent.

Others in the group had the flautas which they seemed impressed with and one had the chicken fajita salad and said it was good. I really didn’t hear any complaints about service or food.

It was a group of seven of us and they were able to seat us together although the place is not very large. It looked like they have three or four tables that can accommodate up to 8 people.

I will be back Taqueria San Jaun, I...

Waiters and waitresses are respectful and ready to service customers I haven't seen anyone complain , although it gets busy sometimes but food doesn't take long to be served . I've been going there for quite sometime and ain't ever disappointed with the food or service , my favorite for breakfast is steak and eggs delicious . I drive 15 miles just to go eat there . the place is fair and clean and prices are fair as well . there's plenty of parking even on the other side ,an open lot covered in base and fill , a little bumpy but you'll find...
