McDonald's — Restaurant in San Diego

Today April 29, 2021 Thursday, I went to the drive thru. I go here every Sundays, Mondays and most of the time Thursdays. One person know who I am: I always order a big mac meal with a large hazelnut ice coffee no ice or 20 piece chicken nugget/fries/large ice coffee hazelnut no ice. There was a wait of at least 7 minutes. By the time I paid and got to the 2nd window, they told me to park in the pick up parking space. I went out, couldn't find any, drove around to find a parking space so that they can see me but I couldn't find any. In the process of moving around the parking lot, I backed up and hit a parked SUV. The left side of my rear bumper was severely damaged and the other party's had minor scratches and a line dent. I don't know why today was so busy and there were so many cars in the pick up parking spaces. A drive thru should be quick instead there were 4 or 5 cars lined up to go to the drive thru. Bad day for me and now I have to deal with the damage that I cause to the other party's SUV. Do you guys compensate for something like this? This clogging up of the drive thru and pick up area parking spaces needs to be dealt with. ...

Service was horrible! Once we got in the door it took 10 minutes to get to the register. We paid for our food at 11:58 a.m. and at 12:20 p.m. the manager call darn number and when we got to the counter she said that once we got in the door it took 10 minutes to get to the register. She didn't apologize and at this point we were already pretty upset along with everybody else that was in the store about how long things were taken. There were a few workers in the back not doing anything, the trash cans were overfilled and didn't look like they had been emptied all day. A lot of upset customers and I'm sure I'm not the only one that's leaving a bad review for this place today. The big thing was the attitude of the manager. I'm not sure if they were short-handed or what but she was walking around that place like she didn't care, didn't want to be there and quite frankly was rude. I'll Never...

I was told to park and wait for my order. Noticed cars parking and leaving and I was still there. I asked a worker why my 2 meal order was taking so long. He said to go inside. 😒 Unprofessional. Then minutes later, a supervisor asked what my order was. I got down and asked for a refund. They asked for my receipt. I didn't have it because they had asked me for it when I paid for my food. Then I overheard they had given my food to someone else. So that means someone else is going to be unhappy because THEY didn't get what they ordered. Very Unprofessional and didn't care for the customer. They ALWAYS seem to get my order wrong and the NEVER have icecream. Seems like they don't care much for their customers. As long as they get their minimum paying check, they don't care. I will go back as a last resort but I will avoid visiting this place from now on. Very unhappy with...
