I am so very disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I was so looking forward to this plan as I don’t have time to cook and I need to loose a couple of pounds so I really needed a whole meal plan to be able to achieve my goal. I placed an order for 21 meals and they offered a one time discount of 50% off. After I placed the order I saw that they actually had charged me for the full amount and didn’t apply the discount. I called customer service and said that they would apply it to the next order, I told them I wanted a refund because I first wanted to try it out. They said they were going to issue me a refund (they never did). After a couple of days, I received my food and they sent random repeated meals, no breakfast on the meals at all! I called them and asked for them to please take care of this situation as I ordered a whole meal plan to be delivered, not just entrées and that I still hadn’t received the refund for the 50% off that I got offered. Well, they said that even though I didn’t receive the whole meal plan, I still received the entrees, so they were going to issue me the 50% discount promised me in the beginning and 7 meals for the breakfasts that I didn’t get! I was blown away as I signed up for a whole meal plan not just entrées plan, specifically because I don’t have time to cook and I needed to not worry about my calorie intake. Read morePlease be aware of their business practices which are horrible. I am new to this Meal \Prep Sunday and I have experience the worst customer service by phone and text. I had previously suspended my order since i had already purchase meals from the previous week. Some how they filled my order and charged my card for the upcoming week. When i saw the charge, I immediately contacted them and informed them about the issue and all they said to me that it was already cutoff time and that nothing could be done. I than wanted to speak to a manager because i felt this was ridicule's since this was their error. They seemed indifferent and did not care to lose my business. So I decided to cancel completely from them, it is pretty scary to know that they can charge yor card whenever they want. I have cancelled my credit card and I will never do business with them again. What i did not like, they did not even alert you about the upcoming order to at least alert you but they are tricky about that so you are forced to pay for something you did not want. That company does not care about you as a customer all they want is your money! I would also, like to inform you that even though you select your own meals, they will not send you what you've requested, but only give you what they want to give you. Their taste quality is a 2/10, and the portions they give you are of a children's meal which is super small and not filling at all. I've had to heat up 2 meals to feel satisfied and I am 125 lbs and don't eat much.

The flavor was ok but the veggies have no consistency when it comes to cooking them correctly. Some are under cooked but most were over done. (anything with squash or asparagus was unappealing). I am mostly leaving this review because I sent an email and also spoke to someone through their instant chat option about my dairy allergy and if they would omit those meals. They agreed and the first week of meals were ok, the second looked odd as I did not receive my meals as advertised, nor did they notify me of the changes made? I assumed it was because it potentially had dairy in it but in the same meal set they sent me another meal with cheese as a side in a cup with no lid allowing it to spill over. Again I am allergic to dairy. I contacted the online team and he said "oh I did not pack your meal I did not know what was being sent". He also asked why I was going to throw away a meal with the cheese, I had to explain that if a customer asks to please leave an ingredient out of my meals, you LEAVE IT OFF THE MEAL, just like a normal respectable restaurant.
