Lamentablemente mi experiencia en Mr. Baby Ramen en San Germán no fue buena. El concepto del lugar es interesante y prometedor, pero la ejecución deja mucho que desear. Pedí ramen y los fideos estaban duros, como si no los hubieran cocido bien. El caldo sabía únicamente a sal, sin profundidad ni sabor auténtico —algo esencial en un buen ramen.

Sé que abrir un negocio nuevo con una propuesta distinta no es fácil, y aprecio la intención de traer algo diferente al área, pero sinceramente les falta mucho por aprender para lograr una receta de ramen que realmente valga la pena. Ojalá mejoren con el tiempo, porque el concepto...
